  1. Outsiders pushing for change is rarely useful or productive.

It's up to the Ruskies to cleanup their own mess. Until they are willing to hang Putin and cronies, they can stew in it.

  3. A nine volt battery is enough to kill you.

Do this test: Put a needle through the skin on both of your temples. Attach a wire to each needle. Attach the wires to a 9 volt battery's terminals.

If you don't tell us how it goes I'll just assume you died.

Your skin has fairly high resistance, but get through that and you're playing with fire.

  5. 'Without incident' is wishful thinking. They developed small nukes for ships from scratch. It's insane to even expect it was without hiccups.

Still they do have a better safety record than the Ruskys. Who are basically the only others in the game.

  6. Typical land based nukes produce 1000 megawatts of power per reactor.

Most American nuke plant operators are already navy nuke school graduates. Which is a bitch and a half just to qualify for. ROTC, more or less, ran a multi-year recruitment effort on me just because I had 'nuke school grades'. I assume that attached a nice paycheck to me for the recruiters.

Boomers wanted to run/ruin the world when they were young and stupid too. Remember the hippies? Now they want their SS and they don't care who ends up broke.

Face facts: Bernie Sanders is a reactionary. Doesn't want to return to the politics of the 1960s, wants the 1930s.
