Man, you must be doing something wrong.

The last time I had a problem with windows networking, Vista or XP, was trying to connect to a Windows 98 machine, or a Linux machine, or an Apple machine.

Its also worth noting that IPv6 is loaded on default in an effort to promote the protocol. More significantly, i fail to see how an IPv6 protocol would have any possible affect on a printer which does not use IPv6. Since Vista uses both simultaneously, if it isnt broadcasting a v6 address, it uses a v4 address instead.

And you know why? I was never taught them. And i dont think thats bad - i know where they are, i can find them on a map, i have a general idea of their climate. There is absolutely no reason to know the capital of every country. Even the major ones. I honestly dont even think its necessary to know the capital of your OWN country - they serve no purpose. They do not have a real function anymore - with the internet and news channels (its ok, i dont watch them) very little actually "happens" there. Yeah, its nice to know your own countries capital (Which is Ottowa by the way), but honestly, what can you do with that knowledge?

I look at it in a practical light - and no, it does not impress the ladies. I also dont plan on being on a game show any time soon, so i think im ok.

But, yeah, i made a booboo. It made sense to me becuase England has almost no rights anymore, and i would understand something asinine such as this taking place in England (whose capital is London), not in Belgium, which i had assumed was a pretty "normal" place.

ALC's (Alternative Learning Centers) are the worst places to send anyone "good" - its like throwing a kitten into a pack of rabid wolves.

Its hard to say that some people shouldnt be in there - i remember i looked across the room at this guy, and he freaked out, like in the movies:

    "What are you looking at?"

    "Nothing."

"So what, im nothing to you?"

"No, i was just looking across the room."

"What, im not good enough for you?"

There really are people like that out there, and i unfornately do agree that some people should be in there. That guy was quite ready to severely injure me - had the teacher not told him to shut up, i woulda been hit with a chair.

Of course, zero tolerance is what got me put in the school, and this poor guy is there for the same reason. What it boils down is that Zero Tolerance is what is garbage - and only the unstable nutjobs and hardcore drug addicts should be in ALC's.
