First, go to TVfool and Antennaweb to find out where all the transmitters are and how far. Then, you need to see what type of antenna to get. Good places to discuss about DTV are at: news://alt.tv.tech.hdtv (newsgroup) and AVS Forum. I am not an expert and still learning, but these places are useful.
I couldn't use my old fashion rabbit ears since they were too weak and they were decent for analog feeds.
For those who can't decide which converter boxes to get with the coupons, then see Wikipedia and here. I still haven't ddecided what to get and I need to get them before May 27th, 2008 (should had waited to get better models).:(
How much CPU does it use up like on an old Athlon 64 X2 4600+ 939 system with Windows XP Pro. SP2 (IE6.0 SP2; all updates)? The reason I bought an Audigy 2 ZS card was because of games that use EAX, especially v4.0.
So what sound cards do we get for PC gaming that use EAX (newest versions like 4.0)? I don't mean those onboard and other sound cards that use software based EAX.
Do any of those or other sound cards have hardware EAX (newer versions like 4.0, HD, etc.)? The reason why I still use SB (Audigy2 ZS at the moment) is because of games that use EAX. I remember wanting a M-Audio sound card, but its EAX was software based and older versions before I bought an Audigy 2 ZS.
If you try to watch the newest ones like last night's, then you have to wait a bit due to contracts. So, newest episodes get shown on TV first. Too bad it is not right away.
Medium? Yuck! We want full details especially for Crysis. I only get measley 10 FPS average at 1280x1024 with a GeForce 7950 GT KO video card (512 MB; PCIE) with volumetric set to medium, everything else at high, FSAA at none, motion blur disabled, etc.
Other newer games (e.g., World in Conflict) are slow, but not bad as Crysis.
On one of my older machines with Windows 2000 SP4 (all updates) and the latest iTunes that works in Windows 2000, I was offered Safari too. On download page, it says "Windows XP or Vista". Umm, Apple goofed?
RedLasso has a video clip of last night's David Letterman's top ten (3/19/2008). It shows the ten cast members in their show outfits. Each one said a reason. Seen on SciFi. Here's the text version if you don't want to watch the video clip.
If Vista without SP1 is fine, then stay there until you need SP1 or if MS forces no more updates for original Vista. Basically upgrade when you have a reason.
If you want to test it, make an backup image of your HDD. Usually C: (system drive) is good enough. I use old Norton Ghost 2003 and image C: where Windows is.:)

I ordered mine of the first day of 2008. It took a while. I assume you haven't gotten yours because of the backlogged of requests. Be patient.

AT&T doesn't do FIOS. Verizon does.
Probably mails or advertisements in his neighborhood.
VM is too slow. Same for WINE. Also WINE is slow and can't do everything like EAX on Creative cards when I last tried it. We want native Linux ports.
How about watching streaming videos like on YouTube, QuickTime trailers, etc.? Those adds up!
Ditto. And no software emulation for EAX! I want true hardware based for the newer versions like 4.0.

Ponies, not pwnies. :-P
Why don't you have a seat over there? [grin]

Can't they cut the funding until after both rovers become useless? Or cut when one breaks down to be useless? Very bad news indeed. :(
:)
I wonder if both rovers know about the bad news. They haven't updated their blogs for ages (Spirit's and Opportunity's). They must be hibernating.
Here are a few video footages showing Toonces, the driving cat. However, he is a crappy driver.

Official YouTube if both videos don't work It is recommended that you watch the cast members do their lines instead of reading the lines.
Where do you work? :D
Um, try commuting in Los Angeles. It doesn't work that way. Public transportations aren't good in L.A. like New York City.
Did the video work? I only got ads.

Someone should make a movie based on Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. So , and the Apple Company.

The one for Windows doesn't even work correctly. :(
