Unmaintainable Code article gave tips from the masters on how you write code that is so difficult to maintain, that the people who come after you will take years to make even the simplest changes. Further, if you follow all these rules religiously, you will even guarantee yourself a lifetime of employment, since no one but you has a hope in hell of maintaining the code. Then again, if you followed all these rules religiously, even you wouldn't be able to maintain the code!
I heard HL2 uses some odd POV. I don't know if CS:S uses that too. Do a search about motion sickness and Half-Life 2. It's common. Even *I* got motion sickness which is very rare!
At work, I was recently moved under skylights. I hated it. It was way too bright for me. I was relocated to a shady area and it was much better even though it uses standard ceiling lights.
Listen to speakers with a subwoofer. I had the same problem. I couldn't hear anything with headphones at work. I am at home now, and I listened to it again with my old Klipsch ProMedia v2-400. Wow. Nice bass!! It's all about bass with this audio clip.
Maybe it is these cheap headphones, but does this MP3 require a subwoofer (I'm at work so...) to hear as well? I hear nothing even though Winamp shows audio movements in its visualizer.
Has anyone been able to play these super high quality versions well on their PCs? I tried playing them on my Athlon 64 3200 and Pentium 4 2.8 Ghz. Both choked when playing these huge sizes. Even 1440 resolutions from other QT7 MOV.
If you guys have problems patching the game, then its debugging log might help to give clues. My log was in C:\Documents and Settings\FoolBoy\My Documents\Battlefield 2\dmp\patchlog.txt.

I forgot to mention that I was using QuickTime Alternative beta 1.
But they don't support the new QuickTime 7 format (H.265).

I read Mac G5 have no problems.
