    Nope, you have to fill your empty water bottles with toner powder and the toner carts with water. But the water MUST be purchased after the security line, so only empty, water-tight toner carts are allowed through security.

    Why is a child produced through rape or incest any less deserving of life than one who was not?

    Does your electrical company increase your rates or move to a higher tier if you run appliances all day long? What about your water company? I know in my area both of these apply.

    Nope, my power company charges me LESS per kwh after I go over a certain number of kwh in a month.

    The RL equivilent would perhaps be announcing that every day one random person caught littering shall be executed - it's also hugely excessive as a punishment, but it's a whole lot cheaper than hireing enough police to give every litterer a small fine, and you can be sure that the streets would get a lot cleaner.

    Why not for EVERYTHING? I know business owners will hate it because it means they can't fool people by advertising lower-than-actual costs for products, but it sure as hell would be a lot more honest.
