    Qt 3.2.1 for Windows integrates with VC++.NET, VC6, Borland C++, and does also work with icc, gcc, Visage and Watcom (at least you have the option in the installer, it's not supported by Trolltech though).

    On the other hand, I am surprised that the numbers for StarOffice are greater than the numbers for OpenOffice... How come?

    They used StarOffice 6.0. OpenOffice is based on StarOffice 5.2 (at least the version they tested).

    ...you also put some ECC data in with the user data that is never touched by the program.

    Then just buy two version of the programs, find the differences and just clear those bits. Voila.

    Last thing I'd want is a $10,000 dept to some anonymous internet guy operating out of some country with little or no laws.

    Usually you pay when you place the bet. I've placed a few bets on Centrebet, and there you have to deposit money on a your Centrebet account before you can gamble.

    There is not much difference between buying something off Ebay than buying from someone selling something on Usenet or the classifieds in your local paper. People are getting scammed everywhere, Ebay, usenet, classifieds, regular ads from what appear like legitimate businesses or at the street by someone with a "special price for you".

    By making things easier for buyers and sellers, they've made it easier for scammers too.

    And, in reality, it's LeGo....even if the company won't admit it...the name of the company comes from the Danish words "Leg Godt" which mean "Play Good".

    If the company won't admit it, why do they mention it on their webpages?

    $1000 is not much money if you're a serious (professional) user. Even if you're using it for non-profit work it's not a huge amount of money. The computer running it is probably more expensive.

    I wouldn't be surprised if they sell US Xboxes and US Xbox games on these bases. I was at Ramstein AB in Februray and everything there is american. They use dollars, the police uses american police cars and so on. There are people there living on the base for years without ever walking outside the fence.
