    The fact that they actively protect their games from hacking is a bonus reason why I want to buy their games EVEN MORE.

    So, the way I see it, someone in his position potentially comes up about $300,000 ahead (on graduation day) of the guy who went to school for 6 years and took out those loans.

    You should also consider the cost of working. A construction worker uses health as a resource for working, far more so than a scientist. So when a scientist can continue working and getting raises, at say 70, then the construction worker is most likely already retired with a worn out body.

    I don't have a Tablet PC, but some of the features that I like are: * The new sound system, with per-application volume control * The kernel transaction manager * Drivers running in user mode * The new windows update

    Well, 2k is faster than Vista because it has a lot less features. If you don't use any of those features, then sure, ok you can stick with the older stuff. But I personally benefit from Vista features and thus I'm also using Vista.

    Well why stop there? Use Windows 95, or perhaps even DOS. It runs faster and you have less problems.

    Yeah real open source is like "beta-testing with full control of the code" or, to be blunt, "do our debugging for us and also fix the code".

    So basically this software is just as good as the "Find" tool in windows. You can actually even choose "Search for Pictures, Music, or Video" in the windows search util and don't have to type in the *.avi etc wildcards.

    Hmm..if a web contains a META refresh tag redirection then the cache looses it's point becouse you're redirected to the original location not a cache :(

    The fans din't want the game to be changed. The counter-strike fans will go nuts even if there is a small box moved in some map. So this new version will sell good, at least with the hardcore fans.

    No we don't need to have our ID card with us all the time. It's required to own a card if you're older than 15 but you could just keep it home in a box.
