    We have a neat system over here. Shame you guys don't use it:

    1. Insert card. Card does a pre-auth for some conveivable ceiling. Funds are held.
    2. Fuel
    3. System does a completion against the authorization for the actual amount.

    (If under authorization, remaining funds released. In some cases, you can fuel over a certain theshold past the authorization - you'll get charged for it, but if for some reason you don't have it the processor eats the cost and pays the merchant anyway (insurance basically).)

    You know, I personally don't understand why we pay for THEM to be insured. You don't have insurance? You get hit? Well... shame you didn't have insurance! Deal with it!

    Instead, the rest of us have to pick up the slack. Totally fair.

    They just might, if they weren't locked into 800x600, which looks like total ass on a high-resolution LCD (even worse if it doesn't do aspect-locked scaling).

    It would be interesting to have something like Nethack or zAngband but with graphics such as Diablo 3.

    It's neat and all in text mode, I love them - but sometimes you want the eye candy.

    ... or you could be rolling, because the intersection was designed properly and you can clearly see the crosswalks etc before even reaching the intersection.

    This is a case of enforcing the letter of the law over the spirit of the law. It should be the other way around.

    Why does that matter? My point was the dedicated heaters in the right spots combined with the LEDs will still be more efficient than the old incandescents. Your location doesn't determine how efficient the incandescents were...

    You don't care about ice and stuff on the sides/back - only the crap hanging off the shields. Put de-icers on the rims of the shields and it should keep them clear enough.
