Who is being paid off to NOT ASK THE RIGHT QUESTIONS? If none of the afore mentioned applies, why are people going down in flames?" I mean isn't it interesting that a) this offence happened over 7 yrs ago, back in a time when this type of stuff was not advertised as being illegal and/or evidence was found to the contrary "sister was found owning the material in question on a legealy purchased CD or tape." How can these people go after a Minor? How can they enforce these issues 7+ years after the fact, I mean 7+ yrs ago, did they have the tech. to capture this transgression? If so why not go after the individual at the time of the offence, like most precedings go? How did they collect the info for procescution, how was it verified as valid? I used to work at e-bay. They are masters of NOT VERY MUCH. Their QA support is a shamble. The treatment of employees is delporeable. Their culture is incapable of Human compassion. They berate, intimidate, and exasaberate their collegues into submission. That is how the work gets done.. They say that 1 out of every 10 employees is a millionarre on paper and really dont need to work, but do because they have nothing better to do (stated in their own words), unfortunately that carries over to how they treat others and how they are treated themselves. Unfortunately its a vicious cycle that is only quenched by greed and money (not money paid to the individual or credit, but paid to the "greater cause".)
I hope this culture has changed for the better, if so I stand corrected and profusely apologize for my (would be) incorrect rebuttal and retract it as such.
In my opinion, its like FRY's, how much can we push people to give us what we want, and how much can we treat them like nothing before we have to get rid of them before they find better treatment elsewhere and get rid of us..
This may or may not be on the subject of the article, but When I see e-bay and masters and innovation used in the same context, I have to stand up and say something.. To verify, approach an e-bay employee and ask them.
I have nothing personal against any specific people at e-bay, and I do wish all of them and their families well into the new year..
Personaly, I am glad to see SONY eat some pride and stuff.. All the ps/3 is more Hype than hip, More show and little go. I am glad to hear of the imperfections being exploited within Sony's Armor.. I used to know people who worked out at Sony PlayStation, and man let me tell ya.. It is a company driven on ego, with complete reckless disregard.
He would say it was like going back to High School, but making Less than decent wages for the equivalent job.. "Your working for SONY, that should be enough.." was the phrase that was used alot. People would put in long hours and not get much in return.
They would ramble on about other stuff about SONY, but the bottom line is.
It was not a nice pladce to work because of the "Ignorantly, Above everyone else" Attitude.

My mother just read the article and saw the pictures. She says it could be a "Tony" winner.
She hopes it, will come out to California. What intrests us both about this is, the people depicted in this play are possibily the most influential of our time, either positivly or negatively. The fact that none of these powerful people have filed suit against the production for things like "defamation, or slander" must lend some credit to it's honesty. I think it's interesting that this type of stuff is going on now instead of like 100 years or more after they die..
