This feature is useful, however, for recording lectures(I'm a college student). I've found it invaluable for my German classes. I went w/ the JetAudio G-3 (1 gig) -Voice Recorder + -OGG ++ -AA Battery ++++ = This was the kicker for me. I won't have to replace the player when the battery stops holding a charge (NiMH AA's are relatively cheap)

Maybe. But what will cause some to argue with you is the destiny of that particular organism. Some will feel that if, in the natural course of things the baby will turn into a human, then it already is human.
OK Devil's advocate here....... In the natural course of things => by using birth control, you interfered w/ the destiny of that particular organism.
In the natural course of things => if you are fertile, and abstain from sex, you are interfering with destiny.
We are sentinent beings, EVERYTHING we do interferes w/ destiny. In the natural course of things =>

If the Electoral College reflected the percentage of votes cast, the results of 2000 would be much less likely to occur.

Giving one electoral vote to each Congressional District, rather than lumping the votes by State would begin to alleviate this issue.

This is , by no means, flawless. Gerrymandering would still have to be addressed, but at least it would be much more representative than our current system.
