How does this get modded insightful? Of course its security. What else could you use a huge airship like this for, as a government, that serves any purpose?
The issue though is that the humidity of the environment must be strictly controlled. Though this shouldn't present too much of a problem with the tiny scale (vacuum (minus the cesium), perhaps?).
Services in general don't have associated taxes. Fees are more common, but still nowhere near universal. And especially with our current administration, in the event taxes are applied, they won't be a hindrance.
That's a reason not to buy one... unless you like having a hot processor.
Also, and more on-topic, haven't we (being most posters in this thread) been forgetting Itaniums, which have been available for a long time (they're on their second iteration of Itaniums now)?
That's what they are for. They say that the school can't be held responsible for anything that happens to the student (this tends to be while they're on a "field trip").
They aren't legally binding in all situations, and if you can't sue the school you can still sue teachers or other people, but it tries to cast aside blame.
Where that wouldn't work is in families of more than one Sim. Though I suppose the speed could be relative to the selected Sim. This would be very annoying when they were at work though, as it would probably be a boring thing.
Are you able to tell this from the article, or an outside source? The article simply states that it is VGA resolution. It says it uses the same power as a QVGA device.
The thing is, however, that most people want to see their "product," even if its a free one, become successful (this obviously isn't always the case, but not every developer just creates something because he wants it himself, lots of them want to increase their audience purely for the satisfaction and bragging rights). To get someone to download a program of any sort in the first place you have to explain why its going to be useful, you have to market it. (With relatively mature packages like Apache, this is a case in the past. It can rely on word-of-mouth and be "successful")
I'm not disagreeing with you. Rather, I feel that you didn't leave enough gray area.
With that many digits after the dot, what number system are you using? That could be either 10 GHz or 10 Mhz, depending on what kind of audience is viewing...
Even two way competition is good. In these markets, its not friendly, its bareknuckle. As it is, most of the big players are evenly matched, keeping our prices lower. More would be better, but its hardly a problem.
HPs have a trend of using AMD chips in their lower-cost models. I can't speak of Dell though.
But not everyone's custom-built PC uses an AMD. Intels still run faster, even if they don't crunch the big numbers all in one cycle.
In a city, you don't want to lock your car doors. If they're locked, the thief is going to break the windows and then take what he wants. If its unlocked, he'll just take what he wants, but won't break the window. The thing is just not to leave anything in the car, and not have a removable expensive car stereo.

At least until they start getting really nasty and hide themselves in bootsectors and whatnot.

heat dissapation is WAY less

The original poster is wildly incorrect.
The problem with Fox is sensationalism. They make everything and anything sound like a big deal, so that you'll watch their news.

Its open source minus source, according to the summary. The title is misleading.

If you'd bothered to look, you'd notice that the site is a way to get information about voting abroad. Not an alternative to the papers.
Democrats Abroad is a group which spoke out against this action and is mentioned in the article. RTFA.

When I looked at the site, the US data replicated the World data almost exactly. Kerry had about 3x the votes Bush did. (~3,000 and ~1,000).
There's either a big fluctuation, or some misinformation (and I'm not saying it can't be on my part).
And that the people without hats stop clicking on the damn things. "Ooh, more free porn"
Damn Windows Zealots. Go back to your open areas and get out of our holes!
You must not read AC comments.
That's exactly what I meant. [sarcasm]Thank you for clarifying.[/sarcasm]

Intel hasn't been a "monopoly" for many many years.

I don't know why that got modded down, I would personally have left it be, because while its "insightful" its also "offtopic" but not "flamebait."
Except that with Bush, the rich people, who don't get taxed much, just keep all their money in the bank anyways.
