  2. Interesting.. on DHS to Begin Collecting DNA of Anyone Arrested · · Score: 0

"AP is reporting that the US will soon be collecting the DNA of anyone who is arrested by federal law enforcement agency and any foreigner who is detained, whether or not charges are eventually brought. This begins to bring the US in like with the UK which, as discussed before on slashdot, is trying to collect DNA of 'potential criminals' as young as five. DHS spokesman Russ Knocke stated that "DNA is a proven law-enforcement tool."" I wonder what happens if a 5 year old refuses, they gonna beat or arrest or even taze him? Sorry but if I ever become a parent, I will be like John O Connor, against Big Brother (Terminator)

My IQ is only 100 but I am a lot smarter than most people for my 'low' IQ. Yes I have a weight problem but I don't blame it on IQ, I blame it on american diet and adverting on TV and in magazines.

  5. Wiiiiii! on Wii Now Confirmed to Not be Region-Free · · Score: 1, Insightful

This isn't suprising, most systems are region locked as it is. Besides I'm sure someone will make a region-lock bypass similar to Gameshark or something.

  6. Great... on Ultra HDTV on Display for the First Time · · Score: -1, Redundant

That's all we need in the future, $700,000 TV's!. Seriously people, if you want REAL, then go OUTSIDE. That is true reality, you smell, taste, and see it all, with a unlimited resolution.

  10. Nintendo 1985? on Nintendo To Dominate Next Generation? · · Score: 1

This could be a good sign, maybe we will see Nintendo go out on top all over again, sort of reminds me of 1985, except this time the market is strong. I do like the controller idea and plus if this Nintendo ON thing comes to, they might be lucky enough to at least make the #2 spot if not #2. Go ninty!

  15. Response to the DRM and Humans in general... on Longhorn to Require Monitor-Based DRM · · Score: 1

This all falls back to one thing which no one even has a clue about, power of the people. Yes, you see, Humans over the generations have been getting more and more brainwashed by the government and or lacking education where it is needed. I'm not trying to flame anyone but the problem does not like with the companies, but with all of you. Not one American has the balls to stand up and say that we arn't going to take it anymore. Have you ever wondered what the doctor's do to us when we are born? Perhaps its a Area 51 thing and they inject us with something so we are brainwashed for life or dumbed down enough to be the Governments mule. I've been in America since birth and I get quite sick of the crap I see daily the news or locally. Rapes, kidnapping, child killing, the bullshit war for no reason, killings, and so on. Wake up people, this is the matrix, do you want the red pill or blue one? It is up to you, you can see how far the shithole life can go or stand up and free your mind and millions others can get together and do the same. I was born luckily where I have no brain limitations of thinking and where I think outside the box called reality. If you want Microsoft's DRM to be included, feel free to sit back and let it happen. Or you can tell them "no we will not put up with this marketting non-sense." I am willing to help start a revolution but remember, we are bigger together than seperately. --- My 2 Cents.

At least someone cares enough to block or prevent it. More and more ISPs are becoming aware of their perverted customers and are putting a end to it at least via websites. Now if only they can block kazaa, irc, and newsgroups then it would be a good day for all.

At least it's finally a standard and is becoming more and more user friendly. There are still alot of problems right now though, and those being a user has a hard time configuring a tunnel on his own if hes new. But overall, the new addressing space is a big plus.
