Considering all things, I think the dollar amount is to low...way to low. I do like the idea, just can get a very good visual of it running 2.5-3 times above the projected budget.
I began using the apple back in junior high (I am 32) when teh big old floppies where still around; seriously. I have heard, almost since the begining, that Apple would not survive much longer. They do not need a fat market share of evey aspect, they just need to keep moving forward with inovation and pushing the limits of the better then average consumers current resources.
iPod is probably one of, if not the, most ovr-hyp'd products to hit the shelves in years; I mean frkn years. Hopefully, more competition, even if it's weak, can bring the iPod price down. Hell, I would have more then one if the thing wasn't so much $$! (Two, iPods with accessories = one new apple computer)
That's just insane! That much support for spyware has got to be putting a heavy burden on Dell; and other similar companies.
So, why the h!! don't they track down and sue the spyware makers; if in the U.S., and able to track them, and have money to invest, and...never mind.
I have just started taking advantage of my gmail account and like this feature being added. IMHO, it should be adopted by other free email hosting companies.

Totally free or not, I am just glad to see this move by google. I do agree with you Hanzie, this may very well move alot of paying customers into the free use arean that yahoo! and google have now wrangled together.
When Bush is out of office (a short time from now or four+ years from now), will we then begin to see the truth about this administration? Probably not, well not right away. And when the hard facts are finally brought from the darkness, what kind of hellish secrets will we find?
A few questions for you...
Can you name the entity that benefits the most (in financial terms) from the Iraq war? Who in the administration was most determined to go to war with Iraq?
I have to agree.. I want my SDK! It means more for the game, more for the players and just plain more options!
I hope they are on the ball to deliver...as promised.
Although I generally agree with you, I could not avoid the temptation, and have recently downloaded these 'tools' to test them out.

I may be about half my span...but I already feel twice the age! I cannot believe that is the actual span (on average), it just seems so short.
