    RIM has always had a higher marketshare from Apple, since RIM has been around 4 times longer than Apple, and sell devices on all networks. They have over 50 million devices, iPhone has over 20 million.

    Now, what you recently read was that there was a BB model that sold more in the last quarter than Apple, beating the iPhone for the first time since the 3G model. BB has always sold more than the iPhone, because they have lots of models.

    Every time someone downloads from me, whether it is new or an update, I get a receipt. It is recorded in my daily/weekly statement.

    But nowhere does it say that apple is using updates to count its 1 billion downloads. You are just making shit up.

    Your statement indicates you are missing a major part of the issue. The people who were handing out these loans do not care if they blew up. They made money on getting loans, not getting payments. They made a lot of money. The people selling the CDS made money, lots of money. They don't care if the system crashed.

    I tried Vista, even for a few minutes, I will kill the next person who asks me to do so. I can not believe I feel so strongly over an OS, I have been programming Microsoft OS since MS-DOS 4.1, maybe even 3.3. I think Vista is the biggest piece of shit ever.

    So if Microsoft fucks up and creates a piece of shit, you call that producing something radical?

    If Microsoft releases the exact same OS with a few minor changes and a different theme, you consider that a completely new OS deserving of more money?

    Conclusion - we look at it as above, differently to you. You seem to accept whatever Microsoft tells you, we look at the actual product and make our own decision. So someone who actually looks at the product is fussy in your book.

    And before someone says that we jump on the bandwagon, and Vista ain't that bad, I will probably kill the next person that want me to do some testing on Vista to make it more compliant.

    They are already taking them on, they are already have a mobile platform with games on it. They already have the touch which anyone can by, and doesn't have the recurring costs of the iphone, and is positioned at the ds already.

    What are you afraid that they will do? Lower the price? Put buttons on it (I would be very surprised)?

    And your logic is that other people have tried, therefore nobody will take the crown from Nintendo...do you realize how stupid a statement this is? I am glad there are plenty of people out there who don't think the same way you do?

    The problem with your logic is that NOT ALL BUSINESSES DO THIS. It is very stupid to think so. So there are a lot of businesses that do pay the proper amount, and who are having to compete unfairly against those companies that don't.

    So what will happen is that those dodgy companies will lose business, and the clean companies will gain more business.

    Ok, so these companies invest in these complicated schemes to avoid paying taxes here, so they can spend more money on hiring people/expanding etc... So Obama is proposing to get rid of these tax havens, and reduce the tax to all companies.

    So companies who weren't doing this, will pay less taxes, while companies who were employing these tactics will pay slightly more taxes, but not a great deal. They also save on lawyer/ tax experts.

    I do not see a problem with this solution.

    These peoples products make a lot of money. Where should this money go if not to the singers/actors/sport stars? To the companies? Should the RIAA/MPAA/Sport league get MORE money than they already do? So they can pay CEOs MORE money?? What a really stupid thing to say.
