    There is a problem, all teachers get complaints. You get complaints if you try to teach evolution to christians, or mathematics to dumb kids, or cooking to boys, or woodwork to girls, or sports to fat kids.

    Parents are basically, a complete bunch of wankers.

    It is quite simple. No breasts, offends nobody. Breasts, offends some people.

    Now not many are really that upset that they can't see breasts on facebook, there are plenty of places to see breasts elsewhere on the internet and other places. For me, I can just go to the beach. Looking at breasts is not really that exciting though, unless you get to touch them as well.

    I hate outlook, the biggest piece of shit I have ever used. We have so many problems with it at work, in all the 5 companies i have worked at. At the moment, it keeps forgetting my password for no good reason, clicking that shitty little box to remember it does nothing. I have recreated the profile many times. And it also doesn't remember email addresses.... come on, this stuff is embarassing, gmail is about 100x better. And it works more often.

    Maybe we should blame the roads department as well, because surely they used roads to drive to the publishers. Shouldn't we stop these people from using innocent roads. I suggest we set up road blocks at every intersection to stop these sort of heinous crimes.

    Publishers shouldn't censor, they should just publish.

    If you have an IBM Laptop, replacing the screen is really easy. You find full hardware documents online telling you exactly what you need to do, and there are plenty of screens on ebay. I have done this about 50 times now, no problems at all.

    Microsoft did design some major hardware, they have specialist hardware people as well. Sure, they aren't great at it, and Apple is, but that was not the point.

    Sure, the problem with IE update is that it is an important part of the system, so updating that can break a lot of windows applications, whereas updating firefox will only break firefox.

    Also, firefox does ask you, and you can choose not to update.

    I worked at one of the major Australia Universities, in the Mathematics department. Marking some students computing assignments, I pickups up conclusive evidence of cheating, where users just changed variable names. There were about 6 people involved in this. This head of the dept didn't care, and didn't even want me to penalize these students. Sure, it was only a small assignments, and the Exam was worth much more of the grade, but I was disappointed in this result.

    Have you ever heard of the blackberry, i know it has only been out for years and years, but it has caught on with a couple of people (50 million sold).

    Somehow I still see that there is a market for the iphone?

    The iPhone is a great phone, but it has the stupidest design issues such as the lack of basic features like MMS, copy/paste, multiple codecs for audio and video

    How are these design issues? These are software issues, and some of them will be fixed soon. Do you really need multiple codecs on your phone? It is quite standard to convert content to fit on the phones screen better, and make it more playable.

    You can be certain they won't be reusing them. I guess it would involve too many privacy concerns, and too much effort your yahoo. They are probably a little bitter, since they spent so much money on geocities only a few years ago. Of course, they are also the reason that it lost popularity.

    Exchange is the biggest piece of shit. I have just started at a new branch of this big global company, and it is Exchange that has given us the biggest grief, everyday it was not working and we struggled for an hour to get it working, sometimes having to put in the server details because it lost them. We all had to fall back on google mail, which worked everytime. Even now, when it mostly works, it won't pick up contact I have sent mail to before, and fill them in. I hate this POS.

    Just like very other GPS enabled mobile device I have used, including Nokia and Blackberry. They just aren't that good compared to a dedicated device.

    Good idea, but definitely not during install. How about a popup after install, with options to skip and not receive anymore popups, or go on to customize your desktop (or even load old setting from somewhere). I hate getting a new windows machine at work, since I have to go through and switch off all the annoying shit that they feel is necessary for default. (Who would ever want to see hidden files, or file types??)
