Just a Phone?

I don't know about that one. I don't know how many times I've gotten a call from someone who has his phone in his pocket and it presses the key that is speed dial to my phone. I'm not sure emergency services wants to hear people's drive-thru orders. (Please tell me I'm not the only one that happens to....)
$10 a month is reasonable. Finally I can easily convert the files to play on my ipod and also stream them through my Tivo. I think many others will agree that this is an acceptable service to pay for when we can now listen to the music we want on the devices we already paid a lot of money for. This "crack" alone has made me a subscriber. But without it, I am not going to spend my time searching P2P networks or other places to find music. I'll just do something ELSE. Treat this as an unofficial "feature" of the service. I understand that this inhibits tracking for royalty purposes when done, but remember that this is money you're getting that you wouldn't otherwise have. Certainly you can divide the EXTRA money based on the statistics you DO receive.

indeed.. that's exactly how I see it. They don't lose money on music I would never buy anyway.

At $250,000 penalty (I THINK that's the max) per song, the RIAA could make 225 BILLION off this guy alone! I bet they lose that much per year because of him...........
Who ARE these people making these decisions? Wouldn't it be a violation of MY rights to purchase a phone because of certain features to have some of them disabled by my carrier? In much the same way as they have to let me use my existing number, shouldn't they have to use the same phone as other carriers as long as it is compatible with their networks?
I don't use verizon, but it still pisses me off. The least these jerks could do is admit it is because they are greedy bastards instead of hiding behind the "unsolicited text message" excuse. Stop twisting things around and talking to people as if this was a benefit to me.
Maybe I should study law....
I just wore the paragon lenses for the first night and even just looking through them is amazing. It is some slight discomfort, but I'm told that it will be hardly noticable soon. If after one day the correction is this good, I have no doubt this is a great option.

I have nothing more to say.

Does this mean I'm going to have to find out that all the lesbians I've been chatting with for all these years really ARE hairy old men?
