So what happened to Thinkpads after Lenovo purchased it?

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T430. I find it to be a very good laptop.

I have only 1 problem with it.
There are tons of programs it comes preinstalled with
    - Evernote
    - Intel AppUp(SM) center
    - Intel WiDi
    - Intel Control Center
    - Intel Management Engine Components
    - Intel OpenCL SDK
    - ThinkVantage Communication Utlity

and lot more stuff. But I think lot of extra software shipped even when this was from IBM.

If someone could publish a list of stuff which could be uninstalled, it would be great.

As I mentioned earlier about the only country around there that's managed to shake that image is Japan, who certainly is known for producing quality stuff.

And it took Japan many years to share that image. Both Japanese cars and electronics were considered as cheap crap when they started.

All countries which enter a new industry globally compete first on price. Then they improve quality.

You forgot the bit that comes before the trial, where the prosecutor makes terrifying threats in an effort to intimidate the suspect into a guilty plea in the hope of leniency, regardless of actual guilt or likely outcome if it had gone to trial.

Glenn Reynolds recommends the following law changes wrt plea bargaining.

    - Ban plea bargains all together, so that every criminal charge filed would have to be backed up in open court.

    - Alternatively, âoewe might require that the prosecutionâ(TM)s plea offers be presented to a jury or judge before sentencing. Jurors might then wonder why they are being asked to sentence a defendant to 20 years without parole when the prosecution was willing to settle for 5. 15 years in jail seems a rather stiff punishment for making the state undergo the bother of a trial.â

    - Hinduism doesn't believe it's the only way. It doesn't condemn all non-Hindus.

    - Some visit Churches and Mosques (may be not regularly but occasionally).
