    this is the first time i've heard of something touched by google not instantly turning to gold!


    Hardly. Google has a lot of stuff which haven't really made an Impact
    Orkut - successfull only in India & Brazil, not even close in the USA.
    Google Talk - barely in the Top 10 IMs.
    Google Finance - barely in the Top 50 finance sites
    Google Blog Search - far behind Technorati

    Lots more probably.

    Until recently, neither was neurology, you know.


    It was never established earlier that neurology doesn't play a part in type 1.

    However, Insulin Resistance can be measured & it has been measured & shown that most type 1
    don't have too much Insulin Resistance.

    Rather silly for a diabetic to go on a low fat vegan diet.

    Meat is one thing which almost does not increase blood sugar levels.
    Fat is another thing which helps slow down the increase in blood sugar levels.

    It's carbs which increase sugar levels.

    This is rubbish. It must have been a mistake by the journalist, rather than
    by the researchers. Insulin Resistance(IR) is most certainly not a major factor
    in Type 1 diabetes.

    That's the fanboy defense. Google will never enforce till they are doing well.
    But the moment, Google starts making loses, starts getting screwed by some competitor,

    A buffer overflow is a buffer overflow, but if you RTFA... you discover that the maximum overflow of the buffer is four bytes. Anybody know of any four-byte long spyware programs?


    Are you a moron?
    The code which is executed need not fit into the 4 bytes.

            This is truly stupid and dangerous because the people out there who believe that they were put on this planet by some god for the sole purpose of killing Americans (and there are a lot of people out there like that) can set up a small RFID detector in a public place and know exactly who is and who isn't an American as people move through the place

    Indians live in that subcontinent over near the Asia. Various Native and Indengious people live in South America.


    And everyone knows Amazon is located in Seattle, though they do have Customer Service centers in
    North Dakota, West Virginia, and India.
