    I'm having trouble judging whether aspirational (as used in TFA) is a word, and if so, whether it makes any sense in that context.

    Take inspirational. That means you inspire other people. But you can't aspire other people, so how can you be aspirational? It's unlogical.

    Thanks for clearing up the confusion - I was under the misapprehension that everything is turned 90 degrees in metric so that width becomes depth and depth becomes length. Or time. Or something.

    I don't think you could come up with a more clumsy expression if you tried.

    There's an old fable about the boy who cried 'wolf' all the time. Eventually nobody believed him, so the time the wolf really was there, it ate him (or the sheep) because nobody came to help. Perhaps if anyone makes some number X of claims that are found false, they can be banned from bringing any more cases for some period of time Y.

    It'd basically be an extension of the laws concerning vexatious litigants.
