Because: a) there is no alternative (perhaps steemit.com will be one) b) because of the momentum, people don't like to switch... how would I convince my 300 FB friends to switch? People are even to lazy to install a second, third, fourth messenger app.
Well, I see no conflict:) If I was a female, I probably would worship Isis and Ishtar, too! And don't you agree that the spelling of worship is a bit 'odd':)
Legalization has nothing to do with taxes. During the time when prostitution still was illegal in germany, tax inspectors regularly 'invaded' the houses of prostitutes and collected taxes or forced them to make tax declarations.
Perhaps you realize now that left and right are completely meaningless descriptions, labels? I don't even know what you want to say with 'The EU is left'... in relation to what?
The EU has its more left and more right and more centered parties like any other country, that does not have a two party system.
Prostitution is legal in most countries. And in the majourity of those countries, mandatory health checks and of course 'paying your taxes' are in those 'frameworks' The legal system of the US, regarding prostitution, drugs and firearms is just 200 behind the civilized world.
Unfortunately I only use facebook for sport events. None of my friends uses facebook "for friends stuff". Hm, thinking about it, some of my friends in Asia do.
Self driving cars are not run by artificial neural networks. Hence there is no training. They basically are run by image recognition... regardless if via camera or radar/lidar.
The company is usually an incorporated. The investors have a contract with the company to pay money in chunks (every x month). The investors usually hold shares of the company.
So no: wouldn't it be the prudent thing to return the money to the investors It s not even legally easy possible. E.g. in Germany a company can not hold its own shares easily (I simplified)
A lawyer in Germany will charge accordingly to the "worth" of the will. So if you have to give away $10,000 it might be only a $400 bill, if it is $1,000,000 it likely is in the $5000 range. The prices are btw. fixed and settled by the "guild", sorry, I lack the proper english term.
Notarization is also pretty pointless. As I said: a will is a will is a will. Notarization only prevents that a relative/possible heir can claim the will is wrong. And then again: if you have a will at the Notary, and before you die, write a new will, the will at the Notary is void anyway. And now there comes the problem. Some people might know there is a will at the Notary and claim it is superior to the last will. Others will like to hide/destroy the last will... etc.
There is nothing wrong with giving it to a Notary, but it is not such helpful either.
E.g. in Germany you can not vary much from the distribution by law. You can not easily exclude one from heritage.
No, I know that autonomous cars are far superior to humans. They adjust the speed to driving conditions. They have superiour perception/vision in all conditions (radar, lidar IR). They _act_ before hand on situation changes instead of _reacting_ like humans do. They are never distracted...
Should I go on?
(Disclaimer: I worked for companies involved in self driving cars/driver assistance systems)
So, you find my will on my desk, written by hand on paper. I did not sent it to my lawyer or a notary. Is it valid?
As I'm not required to give it to a lawyer or notary, of course it is valid.
The latest 'draft' of your will is your will, regardless if you leave it on your desk, in the outbox or drafts box of your mail program, or as in this case as an unsent text message.
And btw: what is your self proclaimed authority that you challenge a courts decision?
I hope your will will be found without need for a court:)
On Android ... was not aware of that. ... no idea why they allowed that.
That is a security hole
I was more thinking about a web page, as I basically only use FB via the web.
Thanks for the info, though.
The woman 'in question':
o does not have an alias on FB
o does not use FB for her professional work
That is pretty clear from the summary.
An app on your device does not know to what cell phone tower you connect ....
How can you be so dumb?
And how does FB see my email headers?
(facepalm)
FB does not and can not know your MAC address. ....
I suggest to check wikipedia what a MAC address is
As soon as people use the same WLAN network, they are easily correlated.
(The article says, she only has one, private, FB account, not two)

You seem a little bit retarded or paranoid or both.
You can not tag pictures on FB with peoples names that are not on Facebook ... idiot!

Of course you can.
As you pointed out: by liquidating the company.
Obviously the share holders, oops investors, did not want that.
Everything a facebook user is doing in privacy, aka not on facebook, is private. ....
You must have a very wiered idea about privacy
Ha :D
That is funny.
Unfortunately I only use facebook for sport events. None of my friends uses facebook "for friends stuff". Hm, thinking about it, some of my friends in Asia do.
Defend?
You meant challenge?
Why would my "family" need to defend my will?

Ah, I read that book in german, but Angel Station sounds plausible.
Thanx for the info!

That is a pointless excercise. ...

Depending on how much you have to give away as heritage it is absurdly expensive anyway.
Why should I hire a lawyer to write my will, when I can do it myself and just deposit it in my bank vault?
So, you find my will on my desk, written by hand on paper.

Orwell is a must read in Germany in german classes, too. ...
After all, that third reich thing and WWII
You are probably to young to how how a TV tuned to a dead channel looks ...
