    If you send the Fissible material on a seperate rocket. And the Material should rendevous, with the nuclear reactor rocket. then an active nuclear reaction would have no chance of starting in lift off.

    The problem with a failed launch, might create the need for recovery, which may be a problem if reactive ingredients, were to land on hostile territory.

    I think assembly in space is the safest bet tho.

    the problem is that you cannot pay everyone on such a large project. and the ones that would have worked for free will switch to another project.

    Actually some dedicated products would benefit for freeDOS like terminal screens. So a viable Dos replacement is the key, altho killing off DR-Dos (again) as DR-Dos has branched out to the dumb terminals market.

    Cant the site just let you in, and if the flash video files do not work then have and alternate image to the flash file. this should be an easy DHTML task and no useless javascript coding.

    Why dont they just have a "do you see this video page" where you can still continue if you do see the video.

    Yes, just look at xgl and aiglx. they are competitors but they have a lets-share code mentality.

    At work we have a project based on Lotus notes which has taken 12 months up to now

    And its nowhere near to completion and cannot beat Zimbra or other. It's looks apauling and cost the earth.

    And we bought this because Lotus domino was EASY to develop. Sure with the notes client on everyones PC, but this is web development.

    So now which top 100 website uses domino for its backend heh?
