I agree, he wasn't bad in the first episode at least, here's hoping that Billie Piper follows suit and leaves. Her acting was as plastic as a laminated Auton.
Wasn't there a time when we didn't need sequels do sell consoles?
The GameCube has been rotten to hell about Sequel-itis. Nintendo likes to flog their franchises.
Look at any sales list for any console at the moment and you'll find that the whole market is rampant with this 'sequel-itis' of yours. Sequels to great games sell even though they do little to innovate. While we're on the subject of innovation, the most innovative thing that has happened to the games industry in the past year IMHO is the Nintendo DS.
It seems a lot of people are encountering this problem for the first time. I've had it as far back as Quake, since then, a few games have given me it. Some things I've noticed -
The oncome of motion sickness seems to be much quicker if I am tired.
The problem isn't just with the pc, medal of honour on the playstation had me talking to God in the big white telephone.
Sitting back from the monitor and getting a full view of the screen and part of the surrounding region helped immensely. Smoking is particularly helpful I reckon as the cigarette is nicely in my field of view.:)
Motion sickness pills are said to work. Wonder if gaming would be sufficient enough reason to get them on the NHS?
You do become somewhat immune to it over time and it barely bothers me now, I had no problems with HL2.
Looking at the boards on http://www.halflife2.net/forums and http://www.hlfallout.net/ it seems as though quite a few people can't play because of numerous bugs.
All star trek needs is something new. The rumours after voyager were that they were doing a series within the Academy, that would have left greater scope for original storylines. It would have been nice to see them integrating stuff from the ST Encyclopedia in lessons for example. Instead it's same shit, different shovel. Think of how many 'transporter accident' storylines you've seen it gets tiresome. Don't blame it on 'audience fatigue', B&B fatigue maybe.
Plug because I love it: if you want good video game reporting and criticism. read EDGE (the print version) and be happy. Really.
Except EDGE gave Halo a score of 10/10...

Define: Brown Dwarf
A Brown Dwarf is a "Failed star"
Yep, sounds like Mr. Affleck all right.
