My bank has had this for years.

To log on you enter your SSN, you get a random number. You take your pass generator, enter the pin then the random number number. You get a new number which you use as the password.
Also, new recipients must be authenticated in the same way, which makes it much less likely a program running on your computer can add a transaction once you have logged on.

If a criminal is going to rob your house, he is going to rob your house. If the culture of the society he is in makes it common for people to have guns in their homes, he is going to bring his own gun and be ready to use it. In a society where guns are uncommon he will bring a gun or baseball bat to subdue the inhabitants.

Which society do you think have higher murder rates?

I live in sweden, murders are relatively uncommon and if they happen they make national news coverage.
9/10 cases the murder victims know their murderers and most of the time gun violence is conducted between rival motorcycle gangs.

The reason TPB lost was because the "jury" doesn't know how to interpret the law in this case. It has to go all the way to swedish supreme court to get a sensible outcome.
As it is now murderers get lower punishment than these guys got in sweden.
Don't expect this to end for a couple of years yet.

More to the point, Bahnhof is following a law from 2003 which "states that traffic information should be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed to transmit the electronic message." -drstock

A new law is coming which requires ISPs to retain info for x months fairly soon though.
