    'brown people', is that the current PC term or your own preference ?

    In england when I grew up, 'brown' would be not ok, 'coloured' would have been ok though.
    'coloured' does sound a bit past tense though, like something happend. pretty daft.

    Here in Australia, the indiginous people are often called Black Fellas, i don't know if it causes offence though.

    Either it is malicious or not.
    Don't they know ?

    If it does; explain what it does and how to mitigate the damage.
    If it does not; let people know so emotional energy can be use elsewhere.

    What the definition of 'malicious code' anyway ?
    Presumably any code you don't want running is malicious.
    Creating a temp file would be a malicious use of disk space, etc.

    This mobility platform would be totally useful for firefighting, aid distribution, disaster relief, surveying...i'm sure there are other non violent use.

    How about connecting a number of them in series to form a n-wheel drive cross country train, which can split into smaller parts and recombine as nessesary ?

    Winamp should not be described as Kept Simple.
    MS Media player 4 was simple.

    The simple view of winamp, 'it plays media files' is no more valid than describing IE as 'it renders web pages'.
    Look at the winamp pluggin page, look at the preferences, options, the system tray, skins, etc.
    v3 was so awful, no one remembers it.

    More likely the AV employee thought it would be cool. When, oh when, will they start a using a more regulated nomenclature and taxonomy. Even one similar to hurricaine names, (next name on predetermined list), would be better. Perhaps just numbering them would take some of the fame and notoriety out of coding viruses.

    This is laughable, these fools probably thought this up as they were goose stepping their children to church for special brain washing. How is taking parenting responsibilty away from parents, going to help ?
    Family First will work to achieve Government commitment to establish a Mandatory Filtering Scheme at the ISP Server Level in this country.
    Server level ? wtf! How this going to work if the server is not in Australia ? Is Australia known for it's quality XXX sites or something ?
    Whilst set up costs will be large at $45 million...
    If they can cost this , they must have figured out a way to do it, I'm intrigued. Admittedly this is no more stupid then any other political party making totally bogus claims about how much things will cost. Especially project which won't work. I'm glad lunatics like this have websites, at least we can see how fucking insane they are. This lot should go and work for bush in the United Rouge States, or even here, for Howard. Let's not forget the previous Minister for Communication, Mr Richard Alston, his view was broadband was mostly used to view porn and therefore the government should not help the rollout of that tech.

    Does anyone know if this is just map/skin/audio/story update, has there been any significant development of the engine itself ? Any multiplayer yet ? The GTA series has been installed on my pc in one form or another since the top down sprite original, but both GTA3 and GTAVC both lacked the multiplayer feature. Single player is the hor dourves to the multiplayer main course, imo.
