Either you're joking or you're missing the point. 1GHz is not some magical point, it's just an arbitary number that is a byproduct of our base 10 number system. 100% however is ALL of something, so that is actually relevant.
Why, back in my day we had to fashion our bolts out of lumps of metal with our teeth. And we had to walk to the store uphill both ways in the snow to buy our watercooling rigs. We wore an onion on our belt, which was the style at the time.
So basically you are saying that because YOU don't understand science, we should all blindly accept your views on the existance of a supernatural creator. Ooo.... kay.
I do wish to ask you one question though. Which God?
Well then surely there would be more difference in that parallel universe than just one thing then. Seeing as several thousand people just misread an article title who knows what could happen.
It could be written in the way that most of the world uses, i.e. DD/MM/YYYY, which would make it the 8th of December. Not all of us write dates in your wacky American format.
Personally, I think they should be written with the year first (YYYY/MM/DD), because it's easier to sort, but that's just me.
Seeing as how LAME is such a good quality encoder, and is pretty much the standard as far as quality goes, if anything the creators of MP3 should be paying the LAME programmers, for making such a good encoder and increasing the popularity of the format.
So if the bible is inerrant, what about the parts of the bible that contradict other parts? Surely if it has no errors then the two contradictory statements must both be true. And surely that is impossible.
And if you're so sure about what you think why do you hide behind the mask of Anonymous Coward?
Certainly, there is no way we should think we are know-it-alls. But isn't that what you are doing, since you seem to KNOW that your god exists without any real evidence. At least evolutionists actually base their theories on evidence.
Lots of people seem to be complaining about how science "got it wrong" and how we should all change our religious beliefs because of this.
I always thought this was how science worked. Come up with a theory which fits the data, and if new data comes in then change the theory. It would be stupid if they believed something when they had evidence to the contrary.
Doesn't the BSD License require the original writers of the code to be given credit? (i.e. a notice of attribution) Isn't the BSD license GPL-compatible? Unless of course the BSD License is GPL-incompatible and we've all been violating the GPL for years.
Well it's hard to tell sometimes. Normally jokes are funny.

Graphics? I don't remember seeing much in the way of anything on my screen.

IANAL, but I'd imagine that the relevant laws would depend on what country the plane was getting the internet connection from.
Absolutely. I can't understand why people even want this whole "hold the smart kids back" thing anyway. You wacky Americans and your education system.
Dune 2 did not create the RTS genre. Case in point: Herzog Zwei predated it by 3 years.
In post 9/11 Soviet Korea, old mathematicians hack YOU... in Japan.
Step 3: Profit.
