I support staff and guests at 5 hotels around NZ and use the free edition of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus (http://manageengine.adventnet.com/products/servic e-desk/download.html?free) which is by far the best system I have tried (RT included). It can also integrate with their network monitoring tool which is a bonus.
It was easy to implement too, and can import user lists from AD (and yes I did see you mention Linux:P)

Our dependance on oil could be alleviated if someone would pick up on my idea to harvest energy from gyms and kids playgrounds.
Maybe you could get a rebate on your power or gas bill by taking your kids (and the neighbours kids!) to the park to play on a power generating see-saw:)

However two justices of the peace discharged Gupta saying there was no case to answer after a hearing in the Auckland District Court on Wednesday."
The amount of mp3s downloaded of any particular artist is likely to be proportionate to their actual record sales. Eg, big artists making big $$$ have more of their music downloaded for free. so, britney cant buy another $5000 handbag this week? oh god someone call the police.
I see that the organization is not authorised to host a torrent. Would it be possible for someone who has downloaded the video to put one up somewhere? Id be interested to see what kind of speed we would get out of a/. torrent too...
