That would mean address would bassicly be 64bits, IPv6 already has 64bit address and doesn't require a crazy TCP/IP stack.

If your TV had PIP then all you would have to do is set that channel to the corner, however that could be distracting :-/
Oh, and -- don't trust the washed USB drive with critical data, there may be corrosion that takes a while to manifest itself.
