    Actually, the appeals circuit doesn't reevaluate the evidence of a case but merely whether the letter of the law was followed during the trial. If it wasn't, a new trial begins, and if it was, they may still appeal to a higher (supreme) court.

    Everyone seems to be operating under the impression that Glass can record continuously. As I've seen, it can't be doing much of anything for longer than a minute or two at a time without running the battery down, and recording video is exceptionally intensive, causing the device to become quite warm after a matter of seconds.

    Sort of, except its purpose is to reduce load time over the internet rather than increasing render efficiency for the client (nobody's computer struggles to display static images on a web page)

    True, but the summary does say "..independent of an individual's physical activity level, caloric intake, sleep timing, age or season."

    In any case causation is not proven, and this is a pretty small sample anyway.

    Having never had a Facebook account, this still worries me as I know I have been identified in photos posted to others' Facebook accounts. It would be nice if everyone read the terms of service and privacy policy beforehand, but we all know that's never going to happen.

    The "five eyes" group sharing national security information under the ECHELON program is also sometimes called "Auscanzukus" for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK and US. I wouldn't trust any of these when it comes to signals intelligence.

    Okay, let's only consider wanted pregnancies. Add people without ever removing any and see if overpopulation gets better or worse. Furthermore, do you understand how species development works?     As awkward of a subject as it might be for some, it seems pretty clear that death is just as important a part of organic life as birth. If things didn't die, we would have far too many creatures to live in comfort together.
