USB To Go Wireless

I agree that not everything should be wireless for all the reasons posted already. But I must add my vote in favor of ease of use items like wireless keyboard and mouse. Yes you do have to give them power somehow, sometime but its not inconvenient at all and unlike an early post its rarely "gone dead at a bad time" and then its because of my neglect in changing batteries I knew were dead for days and hadn't changed. I like to avoid carpal tunnel issues by typing with my keyboard flat in my lap on my couch. With a wired keyboard this would be all but impossible or at the least involve alot of cable to tangle in. Just my bit.
The following Standard Warranty Period will apply to Maxtor products purchased by distributors from Maxtor on or after September 12, 2004:
Maxtor Fireball®, DiamondMax® ATA/SATA and DiamondMax Plus ATA/SATA drives will carry a Standard Warranty Period of 3 years.
Maxtor MaXLine(TM) ATA/SATA drives will carry a Standard Warranty Period of 5 years.
Maxtor Atlas® SCSI drives will continue to carry a Standard Warranty Period of 5 years.
Maxtor branded retail hard drive kits will carry a Standard Warranty Period of 1 year.
I don't know about what everyone else commonly buys but I bought a Maxline 2 Plus drive more than a year ago and even with very poor case cooling I've never experienced data lose, any failures, or hiccups.
Would be the perfect name except that its an already popular term calling yourself "Mole", "Infiltraitor" or some popular equivalent doesn't encourage trust...
How come people like to whine on here about a site they are currently visiting? If you don't like Slashdot than bugger off and stop being a whiner. Besides this part is usually for comments about the current news topic. Not for voicing your/. bias.
I think Valve is asking for trouble. Banning keys believed legit or not burns legitimate customers and has been for years. My friend bough a legitimate copy of Soldier of Fortune, took it home and low and behold he goes to play online and the servers tell him his copy is illegal while the receipt from the retailer is still warm in his pocket. I don't see how their banning scheme is any better. As for releasing a warez version that calls him, couldn't that legally be construed as spyware because it attempts to send out personal data from your machine without your consent?

I never thought of having kids for multiplayer purposes... could be quite useful when your buddies are busy.

Does that include crappy 70's sex-ed documentaries like the The Miracle of Life... I had to watch that and wish to curse it on the next generation...

Nice Family Guy reference!
