Exactly, that is what I'm waiting for as well. I no longer post as reviews via google since the change. I agree that, for some reviews, you really don't need/want your full name attached.
"kicked in an emergency exit door", if it's like some theaters I've been to the emergency exit door exits to the outside where there would be no such security.
Ok, I know they did not say it was available for Android devices, but I figured I'd look none the less. As it's not there this is of little interest to me... I guess it's just time to stop watching TV any ways.:-)
What services provider do you have that is causing issues with video chat on skype? Using 3 meg DSL service from AT&T I have no issues with video chat over skype on Linux.

Nokia never said these devices were PDA's. There are OSS PIM out there you can get but Nokia left that off the devices for a reason, it's called an "Internet Tablet" not a PDA. So even though it can be used as one, it was not designed to be one, at least that seems to be the case from what I've read so far.

I agree, it could be that I'm still "geek'ed" about mine as I just got a 770 a week ago (the price was right). At times the cpu does spike and a page is not responsive when trying to scroll around it for a bit, but then it's good. I also really like how long it can remain powered on with the screen off.
What can I say it's cool, at least to me.
- Justin
That's odd. I just got a 770 (slightly used) and it's been working very well for me for the past week. I think it may have crashed three times, I suspect it ran low on memory but I'm not sure.
Other then the few times it rebooted itself I've been very impressed with how it works and the price was right for me (I'm cheap).
Just being able to load an xterm on the thing via a few clicks was pretty darn cool!
On a side note, I happen to like the look of the 770 better then the N800 or N810, I guess silver is the in-color now days...
- Justin
I don't need or what 3G, I bought my 770 for just using it with Wifi, it's nice it can use bluetooth for those that want it. The device can't have everything and I don't think it should. What if some want net access via EDGE, should they include that also?

I watched a few of CBS's shows from kbuntu, on my notebook over wireless without issue (that I am aware of). I've found it very helpful for a few shows I missed that I did not record (my mistake). I really don't understand the issue with going to cbs.com to see the shows that cbs created, it made it easy for me to find and watch the shows I missed. I knew they were cbs shows. Also there we few ads, fewer then were present from the over the air broadcast.

I don't think that all paper ballots are punch card types. Paper ballots are still used where I live. They are pretty large and cover both sides. You use a marker, it's pretty obvious if you meant to vote for someone or something, it's then read by an optical scanner. It's quick and I could expect cost effective and you have a paper trail. You only need some private tables and marker to mark your votes. The optical scanner scans the ballot quickly and will reject the ballot if it's not correct, or so I understand.
So I would not dismiss all paper ballots because of the card punch type that are obviously a very bad design.
I've had a mix of both experiences with using the free shipping. Lately it seems items I have had shipped this way did take longer then I had been used to. I don't know if it was the items I ordered or the fact I was using the free shipping. Either way it's a pretty good value as most of the time I do order more then $25 or I find some odd or end to order to make it $25.
The one thing don't like sometimes is items not be sold directly by Amazon.com and thus not eligible for free shipping! Oh well.
Do the artists get any proceeds from this site? I thought others here on./ said they do not. If this is true I don't know if I would say that this site is doing something right. - Justin
I bought a few small items and the shipping per item did not really go down, still pretty high. They also shipped many of the items in different boxes, most arriving the same day or some times one day and then the next. Very odd. I am not too impressed with their shipping (pricing and some times packaging).
That's odd. We use Novell for all user storage/printing/groupwise/etc for thousands of PCs and have none of the issues you list.
Which version of NetWare are you on?
The college is went to a number of years ago used NetWare (and still do) and it works very well for them.
At work we have edir and AD integrated, edir being the main directory. I mostly work with HPUX/AIX/Linux but have done a little NetWare stuff in the past. I don't know about current QA at Novell but we don't seem to have many issues that I can tell. GW use to be pretty bad a few years ago but they have since upgraded and it's been working like a charm.
When I have had to do administration of MS servers (doing contract work or what not) I realize how much better the admin tools are in NetWare vs MS. Unless it's changed (and I don't think it has) assigning/administrating file rights and users is a pain for any sort of large network. Also login scripting in MS bites really really bad IMHO. I can't believe that MS can't have a better way of doing login scripts.
Well as they don't know 100% what is causing global warming, if it is actually happening and if it's not normal. The warming could be a cycle. At any rate, I could just see them over compensate and then "Opps...."
I just don't think they really know what is really happening, there are a lot of inner dependencies and not all are fully known or understood yet.
Are they any newer articles? The one on GE is about a decade old now and states:
"Other issuers will jump on this bandwagon just as soon as the flak from GE dies down". I am not aware of other credit card companies doing the same thing some 10 years later.
I have never had issues with any of the credit card companies I deal with.
Yes coal is made mostly carbon but they are not 100% the same thing. There are a lot of coal mines and I don't think they are finding dimonds when mining the coal. When most people think of coal they think of the stuff that is mined, not carbon that is deep enough in earths mantel to create diamonds. My instructor in college was very adminit that dimonds are not made from coal.
You do know that diamonds are not made from coal right? I am not sure where this myth comes from, maybe one of the supper man moves? Diamonds are created from carbon.
Wow, I could not have said it better. I was thinking the same thing.
I am so tried of everyone jumping on the bandwagon about the government restring free speech or this or that. I don't see internet access at public rest stops as some sort of God given right and the government should not restrict it or to "protect" in some way. It would be good if it were posted that filtering is taking place, that's all.
It seems people want the government to do everything for us and fix every problem everyone has. Oh well, I guess this is 21st century, I guess I should get use to it.
I agree. Where I vote we use a marker on a long two sided sheet of paper (just fill in the circles) with all the candidates listed.
The machine that reads these do it quick, so I am sure a recount would be pretty fast if needed.
It's easy to fill out, it's quick, it's simple. I like the KISS principle, Keep It Simple Stupid. Computers have some advantages but sometimes I think they just make it too complicated and too error prone.
You sig cracks me up. 'Somewhere in Chicago a community is missing its organizer.' :-)
I could not agree more. We'll said.

Same here, most all phone lines are buried and not above ground like power and cable lines. - Justin
