I have had two customers (end users) come to me because of issues with contribute. If the end user ends up whacking their site for the 3rd time it isn't usable.
We then set them up on Typo3 and they are happy. Except for the cut and paste from word documents, which doesn't even work pasting into MS own frontpage product.
They still come with the trials and I have found they are actually less expensive than the consumer models in most cases. The price is still lower than consumer even if you only buy 2 pieces of equipment.
Acquiring a PhD also lowers the applicant pool. When you recieve a PhD it is much more specialized than the BS or MS. Even in agriculture a PhD in animal science trying to land a job in the US must compete with people from Australia, New Zealand, China, Europe...
If you have a BS you have many more jobs to choose from.
Just this summer I tracked down an error that was caused by a cisco wireless access point trying to pull electricity from the cat5. It was UNPLUGGED from the power! It took down a whole segment of the network.
The way we found it was from the solid light on the switch.
That is the opposite of Idaho tax. I know people that buy a car in Washington because the sales tax is lower. So the tax is a sales tax from where you purchase it, not where you use it.
Taxes by county would suck. If they do that here I am going to have a hissy fit.
I get your point, but I would say you lost the war instead of calling it cheating. They would be breaking the law stated in the Articles of War, not a rule in a game or test. If you win the war, then the that law would be unenforceable. Cheating implies that they could enforce a punishment right then and it wouldn't be as severe as a war crime punishment.

I would venture to say it probably wasn't the porn that STRENGTHENED your relationship, but the conversations about the subject and time spent together that really did it. Communication STRENGTHENED your relationship IMHO not the porno.

We haven't advertized at all and I don't have to deal with some 9/hour guy that doesn't know how email works. One time I had a guy telling me my internet connection was the problem when I was online chatting with him!

To many problems with the backup drives they had. I remember many instances that these would only last 2-3 months, then go out.
To many problems with the Jazz drives and writing half the files with 0 bytes. The other half would copy fine.
Zip drives were ok.
