I would imagine their logic as, "They distributed an illegal copy to Media Sentry, so it's highly likely they distributed copies to other users."
Which of course doesn't actually prove that a copy was distributed to anyone else, but does seem highly likely.
That's my take...
2GB can be had for less than thirty dollars now, so stop complaining about ram requirements. Perhaps Vista isn't suitable for the low-end of the income range, but a decently specd system can be built on the reasonably cheap end now.
Call me ignorant, but just because you can run an OS on a system with 256MB of ram doesn't mean it's going to be good for everything. Basic tasks maybe, but not gaming, photo/video editing, etc.
Note: I'm not a Vista fanboy or a Linux hater, I still use XP and I have no issues.
1. Convert the data to windings
2. Encrypt the winding converted data
3. Store each individual encrypted wish-list on a floppy disk.

5. Profit by not getting sued!
Apple stock is kicking total butt right now in a stock market that sucks.
Wait what?
I'll give you the benefit of a doubt that you didn't check present market prices because Apple's stock is by no means "Kicking total butt". Perhaps last year's 110% growth....But not this year.
AAPL is at -13.25% YTD, while the S&P 500, DOW and NASDAQ are all close to the same numbers.
I'm sure people could work out a refund for the pre-order...I doubt they need any bad press about dropping multiple features and then locking pre-order customers in to having to pay for it still.
...high school students in West Philadelphia In west Philadelphia born and raised
On the playground where I spent most of my days
Chilling out, maxing, relaxing all cool
And all shooting some b-ball outside of the school
When a couple of guys said were up to no good
Started making trouble in my neighborhood
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared
And said you're moving in with your aunte and uncle in bel-air
Perhaps Microsoft is going the Apple route and charging for service packs now? :P
Instead, they were plumbers in red and green outfits. ;]
But that thread starter was saying that they didn't want to be bothered by limited activation keys in the future.
its*
I'm going to bed...
Flash being it's own process would be nice...
I'd gladly pay for your grass clippings!
So don't think they're quite so priceless.
I hear LifeAlert is great for this.

Good point, good point.

A ceiling covered by an OLED sheet...
Now that'd be really awesome...
Or depending on how small the OLED's can be made, you could create a star/night time sky scene.

...and what a view of spinning activity.
I've seen my fair share of 'spinning' activity in my day...
Tehe...
Yeah, I love how we were scammed out of $200b and still have seen little network upgrades.
At least Verizon is doing something...
Perhaps you have too much hope in our judicial system.
That's...Quite a bit different...
Movie Theaters ban outside food because they sell [overpriced] food and drink products at their concession stands.
Banning PDA's for the sake of families having fun together is different.
Especially since PDA use != Not having fun together...
oops...Missed the other response.
God I suck.
Dragoon vs Hydra anyone?
:]

Piracy on the internets is cool and all...
But I'm still waiting for a new space age when piracy in space occurs and when we use grappler ships!
Yes!
The bus lanes where I live bypass regular traffic... :]
So if we don't pay...We're getting higher priority?
I'm liking this CEO.
I doubt you'll be able to roll out triple-play offerings over wireless to a decent sized community.
