Since it's most likely we're in a simulation already, does it really matter if there's a difference in the AI we start with? Eventually we'll create AI so good at the simulation it evolves into this and on and on and on.
Seriously, I bought a Cooler Master Wave Master Quiet Ultra Pro, or some other ridiculously named contraption, in 2003 for $150 and it's the only piece of hardware still going.
That said, it's on its last legs as video cards are too big and hot to be as cramped as they are in this case, so I'm going to get the Level 10 GT [newegg.ca] and run that til its wheels fall off.
The case also, at least for gaming PCs, helps a lot with temperature management.
This seems significantly more inconvenient than tapping icons or photos on a tablet. The extendable display is neat, but I can already do that with my Nexus 7 and my computer with any one of a handfull of apps.
ZoL is why I moved to OpenIndiana. The performance was terrible, even without dedupe or compression turned on I was getting maybe 10MB/sec writes. Same pool under OI runs at an appropriate 120MB/sec, no changes other than OS. Mind you, this was over a year ago, so maybe they've fixed the performance issues.
Do you not think that Amazon will attempt to link queries to individual users? Were I them, I know I would.
Not only that, but what if I like the feature generally so I leave it enabled, does anyone really want their searches for "herpes medication schedule" or "Erectile dysfunction log" to be sent upstream?
This is an idiotic statement. The primary purpose of running AV software in a business setting is to make sure that your users can't fuck your network with zero effort. AV makes them put a bit of effort in before it will fuck your network.
Where's the lazy editing? It's not like this is the first SCADA story on/.. Are we going to start defining every non-everyday term in a summary?
"Researchers have identified a hole (an overlooked security concern) in the TCP (Transmission Control Protocol a system of information transmission that aids in reliable data transfer) layer (a metaphorical layer in a sandwich of other layers each of which pertain to certain elements of the network stack (the combination of hardware (physical parts of a computer) and software (the computer code that resides on a computer's storage that makes up a computer program) that allow a computer to/talk/ to another computer over a network)) of Windows (a computer operating system (a complex computer program that coordinates and translates software requests into hardware actions))."
I guess that's probably the real issue, 3G saturation I mean. Where I am I get 7-10Mbps on 3G, the LTE phones I've seen are 12-15; 1 vs 6 is huge for sure, so I can see it being huge in very crowded markets; 10 vs 15 isn't so important when Instagramming or watching a YouTube video on the bus to justify the battery drain, in my eyes.
I understand why the plebs are so anxious for LTE, but I don't understand why nerds are. For a moderate speed boost in most cases (+/-5Mbps in real world) there's such a drastic (6+ hour) cut in battery life.
Does anyone really need to prove they're right about who did the original voice for Boba Fett that quickly?
American made means "Not made in a developing country by near-slave-wage employees."
I'm against protectionism, but bringing manufacturing back to the west is not a bad thing.
You must be new here. R'ing TFA is frowned upon.
Looks like the apps need to be multi-window enabled to use this, so probably not.

Something may have got lost in translation, it's only part of Tim Horton that built the CN Tower. It was also less building than it was being.
You need to read more about Canadian mythology. It means Oh My Gockey.
Gockey being the ancient deity that gave up his immortality to become the holiest game: Hockey.
Worth is a personal value call. If I'm not willing to ascribe a value to something, it's not with that value.
The case is well crafted, it uses good parts, both the aesthetic and functional design is impressive, but it's still not worth $1,200.
Oh totally. It's insanely overpriced. $1,200 gets you the watercooling kit as well, But even still, nowhere near $1,200 good.
Not sure why the link got parsed, but isn't linking. Actual link: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811133188

$1,200 dear god is it beautiful.

With the departure of the lead OI dev, I may have to start looking for a new ZFS capable OS.
Nevermind, as of April FreeBSD caught up and now they're both on ZFS28.
Is ZFS on OpenIndiana not feature comparable? I thought OI was a few versions of ZFS ahead of FreeBSD?
When I realised I was too accomplished to get an entry level job. When you hit 30, education won't matter, and the fact that you can do your job will.
This is 'Murca goddamnit.
Exactly, stop driving and get on the fucking bus or train. Less cars is the solution, not more roads.

There are 20+ Slashdot Posts tagged with SCADA going back to 2008, shitloads of posts about Stuxnet which infects and targets SCADA systems specifically.
If you don't know what SCADA is, it's because you're not paying attention, not because the editors aren't doing their jobs.
This time.

Aside from searching through all searches, this is the same process as Chrome.
