What good is it? Face it, because it's made by a local village, and unless said village is home to TV broadcast crews, it's essentially PAT on the internet. I don't see why anyone would care.

Actually, look at WarioWare DS. It uses it innovatively.
And Feel the Magic: XX:XY, which uses ONLY the touch pad.
There are so many ways to use it it's not even funny. It can even double as a joystick. People move their thumb across the touch pad and could react like a joystick.

I specifically remember a story where a group of people made an $100 pc in response to Steve Ballmer's challenge with a 512mb flash card and Damn Small Linux distro.
Ours offers BASIC, (QBASIC, to be exact), C++, Java, and a class called AP Computer Sciences that teaches much much more.
Usually, high schools today teach the more commonly used languages. They often offer an easy beginner language to acquaint people with programming first.
That I'd see anyone doing this is:
1. They are fucking crazy
2. Only need a few miniature computers and
3. Somehow rented a room that has no height
4. Want to recreate the "Big Mac" supercomputer in their own home
is a real alternative to the shuttle. Something slime, easy to manuever, and doesn't blow up in space.

Now that they've reached 10 million, does that mean they'll finally get to work on releasing 1.01? Because 1.0 keeps crashing on me for some reason everytime I close it. Not when I use it, mind you, but just when I close it.
It wouldn't be so bad for about 20 minutes or less, but waiting outside for 24 hours in 70 degree weather is unbearable. Add to that the could and you will think it's bad.
Also, some people don't want to take turns.
Nah, that'd be too lopsided. Actually, it might not be, since the Segways would mow down everything, but then again, the lions would eat the operators.
