    What's four years in mathematics? It took several centuries to prove many things in mathematics (and sometimes, even to independently discover things which were already known by other people). Are you challenging that Perelman was the one who made the critical breakthrough?

    Regarding the last past of your post, I have to refer you to a proverb we have in Portugal:

    "Em casa de ferreiro, espeto de pau."

    Really, we're supposed to believe the study had exactly 49 participants? Not 50, or 150?

    Surprisingly, you could have answered your own question easily if you had used google instead of rushing to post that. Note the date on the page I gave - "13 March 2005". From the page:

    A total of 49 volunteers between 18 and 50 reportedly will receive the experimental vaccine.

    The part of having to run the files is not really a requirement. Some flaw in a file format parser might make it possible to exploit the software to run code (as in the famous jpg vulnerabilities).

    Yes he can. The post stated that the linked article containing criticism was stated to be one week old, when in fact it was one year old. Big difference. And now, just to put the icing on the cake, slashdot has another completely innacurate summary and title on THIS post. He didn't insist IE7 is standards compliant, he says it's not even 90% compliant...

    What's up with the post summary and title? It's completely inconsistent with what the linked article says... Quote:

    And both are equally valid ways of raising a child. Most western nations just don't care enough about mushrooms to risk picking them up. We just leave it to the experts (who preferably are growing them and not just catching them, it's a lot safer).

    PS: Even the experts who know the mushrooms in their area have been known to get sick or die when they go to another country and assume that the species which look the same are the same.

    Yeah right. You tested the formula for one month. And you "found no conjecture" (whatever that means). And you don't have any paper records for it. And three people forgot anything about what the formula looks like. Anything else?
