I love peoples ability to ignore the whole truth to make their point seem more valid. There are now initiatives to ban smoking OUTSIDE where the only harm is an odor. California banned it in parks. Open air stadiums have it banned and so do open air malls. NOW it has become a witch hunt.

Vonage was the facilitating their own demise part of his statement. Even though I doubt Vonage will be bringing down SBC in the residential telephone market any time soon, but where they do face a challenge is the large business market. Business alternatives to ma bell are pretty good in both broadband connections and ip communications. I don't however think sbc should be able to charge google and vonage directly for communications of theirs just passing through sbc lines thats what service contracts are for!
verizon wireless is now testing fuel cells to power their cell towers during black outs. I think the most likely response to someone complaining about lack of cell service during a black out of the entire north east population of the united states would be "the entire north east has no power" not that there was no problem
the problem with saying that natural selection should work is if I wanted to I could tweek a few things make a pretty screen and release butthole distro.000001 tomorrow.. I wouldn't even need a website. Natural selection only works when its actually difficult to sustain yourself
I'm talking about a thing that I can hook up to a tv that isn't a full computer that allows me to watch movies. by up convert I mean when I rip it I want it up converted to 1080i because non up converted video looks BAD on an hd screen
I'm tired of seeing this. Maybe they are moving from NJ to Manhatten where the cost ofa 300sq ft apartment (let alone 900) can equal the cost of 10 400gb hard drives a month. Isn't this supposed to be a place of advanced thought? No one seems to be able to grasp this possibility
I find the comments blaiming everyone besides new orleans for all the problems in the world discusting and short sighted. I find Black leaders using this as a weapon to attack the federal government discusting and short sighted. I find celebrity's who have shit loads of money complaining about how the federal government (who by the way under the original plan for the government was only responsible for national defense) discusting. I find the fact that New Orleans didn't include school buses in their evacuation plan (did they have one?!) discusting. I find a lot more then what he said discusting.. don't you? or do you like to ignore the things that don't meet with your social priorities?
