I'm sure people would listen if he had anything constructive to say. However, he publishes that the game industry "mentally molest minors for money"; it's obvious that intelligence is not associated with this man. It seems that the possibility of a good video game is beyond his mental capacity to grasp. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have my weekly murderous rampage to attend; I've really got to lay off the DDR...(for reference Jack, this is satire)...
Ford and GM release vehicles with some problems because settling the problems out of court is cheaper than fixing the problems... M$ does this more often but instead you settle for $0 and instead of loosing your life you loose your sanity...
Besides, you spelled gulible wrong...
I think this depends on the type of school you're trying to setup. Be advised though that if you do this, very few people will attend class (happens a lot at UWaterloo). However, that might not be a bad thing; students could be required to study on their own time and come to classes for practical experience and testing (again, depends on how you setup your school).

...so if we pay the tax, then we can illegally pirate music...or perhaps makes pirating music less illegal?
Why is the public paying to solve what is essentially a security problem with music distribution? Software companies invest millions to stop piracy.
