    There are websites out there where people record their best Mariokart times and you can see the video of them. So there is a market abeit a small one of people who is in the market for this.

    Judges generally don't write their own orders, a clerk usually does it. A clerk is usually a newly minted Law School grad of age of 25 or so. So most likely it was a 25 year old writing the order.

    It's not transferred out of the bully's account, it's transferred out of the bully's parent's account and usually not even that, it's transferred out of the parent's insurance account. So the loser is not the bully, but anyone on that has insurance.

    Well it is technically not a crime to kill someone either. It's a crime when you kill someone illegally. So like the term convicted killer assumes that the killer was killing illegally, convicted monopolists also assumes that the monopolist was acting illegally.

    Company founders did make their fortune from Ipoing, look at the IPO of Apple for example. And the market crashed in 87 not 89.

    A large number of people that have iPods are students. Students ride buses or walk to school. A signigicant number of professionals also ride mass transit to work. A large number of people also exercise and work out where they prob do need headphones to listen to music.

    Considering most males approach 2 meters in height and at sitting position you are likely to be more than a meter away from the floor. And usually a tower computer is left on the floor not on a desk, and using the pythagorems theorem I learned in the 8th grade. It's highly unlikely that anyone uses their tower computer less than one meter away from their ears.

    Under the Civil Rules of Procedure you have certain number of days after filing the complaint to give notice to the defendant about the suit. I think it might be 90 days. Not sure why the MPAA filed suit, it seems like they like to send a cease and desist first or try to settle before filing suit. Not a lawyer yadda yadda.
