Actually, quite a few poverty lawyers make quite a bit of money on civil rights laws as the statutes award attorney's fees which is usually quite a bit more than actual damages. Not that their motives aren't noble, but it's not exactly a non profit organization.
KEXP is not tax supported the same way the Seahawks and the Experience Music project are not tax supported. KEXP is licensed to University of Washington. Anyway treating KEXP as a grassroots music organization is faulty one. If you want to support a station in the Seattle area with donations, donate to C89 which is run by high school kids.
Sony was selling the UMDs for 20 bucks stand alone. So consumers can spend 25 bucks for a DVD and UMD, meaning that DVD costs 5 bucks. It makes more sense if you look at it from that perspective.
You can always transport your music to the universal CD audio format. Also if you back up your iTunes files, you can reinitialize it from backup. Artists are free to sell stuff without DRM, or sell stuff in WMA, real audio. I suppose your argument is if an artist wants to sell stuff that is DRM and that works on the iPod they will have rely iTunes. I see your point. I'd rather Apple not support other DRM, why? Then people will use drmd WMA for their Podcasts as it is readily available rather than non DRMd MP3 and I'd rather have non DRM'd Mp3s than DRMd Mp3.
How about a 15,000 dollar aniversary iPod stereo system complete with B&O speakers, solid gold monster cables and a sticker that says 30th aniversary iPod.
Console exclusive yes, but there are still people that can play Halo on a Mac. I don't really know anyone that would. But I suppose they must exist somewhere.
Controversy as Mario went on to Oprah to promote his new Revolution game Million Little Marios about Mario's mushroom addiction, Doki Doki hallucinations and his "friendship" with Toad. The Smoking Cannon has learned that in fact, Super Mario 2 did not really exist, Mario is in fact a carpenter, not a plumber and most shocking of all Mario is in fact Japanese not Italian.
VHSs were 10 - 15 by the time it came out to Walmart. But if you remember, you were able to rent movies at Blockbuster before you can buy it at Walmart. That's because initial shipment of movies were much more expensive, and once the rental market was taken care of, then the distributors lowered the prices. I believe that's where the phrase priced to own came from.
That's not entirely true. In 1998, you could buy DVDs cheaper than you could buy VHSs. Back in the day, VHS would cost 60-70 when a movie first came out, as the first adopters were the video rental places, but DVDs were around 20 to 25 dollars as DVDs in video stores were pretty much unheard of.
Are you talking about American dollars? The DS sells for less in Japan, so importing one wouldn't be that that more expensive than buying it stateside, and games for the DS run in the 30-35 dollar range.
It seems Nintendo and Apple have been copying each other. First it was the fruity transparent colors of the iMac and the Gameboy Advance. Then the platinum color of the Gameboy Sp and DS which is similar to the newer G5 iMacs. The introduction of a Mac Mini, and Nintendo's introduction of Gameboy Micro. And this latest one, the DS lite which looks quite a bit like an iBook.
Is this evidence of copying, or parallel design choices. Or is Jonathon Ives secretly working for Nintendo. Considering the clunky design of the original DS, I think it was someone who went to design school with Ives who graduated right behind him.
The website in question is BMW.de, not BMW.com, which wouldn't be as obvious to people living outside of Germany. But why someone outside Germany be searching for BMW Germany, my guess is that since BMW is based in Germany and cars are introduced there first, people would be searching for BMW and Germany for a look to see what models the Germans are selling which might be a little different than the rest of the world.
Care to share what is false and what is truth? Otherwise you are no different, nay worse than any/.er because you profess to have first hand knowledge.
Considering that the Bush campaign won in 2004 with all sorts of problems. I'd say anyone working on that campaign is qualified for any PR positions in any company or government agency.

They still port Age of series for the Mac, I don't see how this would be any different.
Kexp is partly supported by Mr. Paul Allen's foundation. It used to be a UW campus radio station and as such is supported by tax dollars.http://eatthestate.org/05-16/PaulAllenSeiz es.htm/

He wants HD aspect ratio not necessarily HD resolution so he can watch movies and the like in their native aspect without letterboxing or stretching.
Parent is mistaken. VC firms don't charge interest. All they ask for is your soul and maybe your first born son.

They already have an MP3 player you can buy for the GBA. I think they also have a TV tuner as well.

GTA: Endor, you can go around as a wookie and beat up Ewok hookers, run away from storm troopers etc.
I think it was because Kerry had better PR people than Dean did. They totally played that scream thing to death.
In an ironic twist, John Juliard won the 1 billionth contest, however the world reknown music school ended up being the Fantasy Kiss Camp.
No, because the religious right will claim that global warming is the result of intelligent design by Satan caused by evil doers like New Englanders.

I would imagine that blade servers, game consoles, embedded systems and the like would benefit tremendously from low power G5 procs.
What ruined it for me was when they switched from the 6502 to the 68000.
