    PDF is not well suited to devices with small screens. EPUB, like classic HTML, can reflow, making it much better fit anything with a smaller screen.

    Perhaps for a home user that's fine. But where you have to have long term archives and your managing multiple versions of files over time, cp -R doesn't quite cut the mustard.

  15. I find the prices comparable. Sometimes Amazon has slightly better prices, but usually only a buck or two at most. I so no reason you can't use the decrypted devices on any eReader. Of course, without decryption, whatever device you use is going to have to support Google Play and Google's e-reader.

    I haven't purchased an eBook from Amazon in a while. Mainly use Kobo and Google Play these days, both of which use Adobe's DRM, which is trivial to break. It's not so much about owning a copy so much as it is trivially easy for them to remove books from their catalogue and then, kaboom, one day, you open your reader and it's disappeared. Besides, I use FBReader these days, which is far more configurable than the "brand name" reading apps.

    Surely you must admit that Jesus loves oil more than all other energies, and that irreparable harm will be done to the Koch's investment port... er I mean the economy if we should ever move from fossil fuels. How can you possibly argue with the fact that it evil communists want to kill freedom with wind farms and solar panels. Such people should be tortured, executed, and mutilated bodies driven down the road to show that Congress and God will not tolerate communist energy production methods.

    Not to worry. The Koch Brothers will never permit renewables to overtake oil. Jesus loves oil and will send every single advocate or developer of renewal technologies to hell after having them assraped by demons. The Koch's will give Congress and State legislatures enough hookers and blow to create a new constitutional amendment allowing alternative energy researchers to be hunted down and killed for sport.
