    Phase 1: limit AI driven cars to say 35mph or under "network" control (in either case Hazard Lights GO ON)

    Phase 2: increase speed by 10mph and put laws in place that a car in AI mode is exempted from DWI (as long as the car is driving directly HOME or to the nearest medical facility)

    Phase 3: increase speed by another 10 MPH (or to current speed limit)

    Phase 4: AI cars allowed to not have Hazard lights ON unless otherwise needed ....

    Phase N: AI cars allowed to travel without somebody in the car and to pickup children (note we had better have KITT level AIs in cars at this point)

    okay first off i aggressively block ads (i install some sort of adblock within the first 30 seconds of setting up any browser).

    okay now for an ad network to be acceptable to me (and content with embedded ads acceptable to me)

    1 80 percent of the content of the page should be the requested content (90% of the above the fold content should be what was requested)

    2 articles should be separated into pages if and only if the content is more than will fit on a typed (reasonable font) A4 page with half inch margins and then should be only broken down into sections of that size

    3 on a video page NO VIDEOS OTHER THAN THE REQUESTED VIDEO AND NOTHING SHOULD AUTOPLAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES (allowances should be made for pages that are video directories ie YouTube)

    4 all scripts should be scanned for malware and any client that provides a malware asset package should be fined not less than 2X the cost of the campaign (or permanently banned)

    5 any attempt to disguise an ad as content or a system dialog should result in a permanent ban

    unlock less than -1 moderation but to make it harder to game rig it so that you need the SQUARE of the absolute number to get pushed to that level (so 4 downmods from -1 to get -2 9 downmods to get to -3).

    also have Karma depend partly on the number of down mods you do

    but yes Unicode support with a filter for the more "interesting" type characters would be a good idea

    If you hit someone younger than say 13 while driving more than 15 miles above the speed limit in a Residental Area then you get charged with "Attempted Vehicular Homicide" (with any possible racial factors as riders).

    Hit a Not Your Race Kid and you go "UpState" for 20-30 maybe then they would get the message

    to put some perspective on this (i know this is /. but..)

    the galley CURRENTLY has enough salt to "treat" any recovered water. (any in flight service folks pop quiz how many salt shakers are normally stored in the galley??)

    Yes you do have a right to a lawyer but
    That does not mean said lawyer can't be

    1 a Junior partner/newly barred lawyer that is getting XP so he can get "real" cases

    2 a just short of DISbarred lawyer paying penance

    3 Bribed (okay run me 30 cases and we will talk over a Case of Burboun and Steaks)

    4 drunk/high/senile/brain damaged

    sometimes you would be a FOOL to NOT represent yourself

    im not sure how to get Employ Citizens First Act into a decent acronym but the plan is

    1 Actual Citizens (born here or otherwise) are first rung (80% of payroll tax paid)
    2 Green Card holders are next rung (90% of payroll tax paid)
    3 Visa holders next (120% of payroll tax paid)

    also i would tweak things so that a business will have to fund moving a person to higher slots in this (Visa holders get a Green Card funded Green card holders get Citizenship funded) and remove the Job lock bit on a visa holder (you dump a visa holder you A lose 2 Visas next year B have to find that person a new LOCAL job C pay* the expense to ship the person back (and lose an extra 5 visas next year)

    * oh btw no right off on that expense

    if you have a few computers its worth it to stump for a Pro installer (btw you get extra choices in Pro mode including Flash)

    my problem with this is
    1 what happens when multiple orgs want to be LAST in the chain
    2 an SSID only has 32 characters to begin with so if you need to use a few tags you land up with
    mine_eatfresh_fred_optout_nomap as your ssid

    I would go a bit further

    In any case where the Video is the Key Evidence if the video is for any reason not available the case is decided against the Officer/Police Department.

    and any bad shoot/misconduct IA ruling should immediately be followed by a criminal case.

    1 the warrant must be one of the original three copies printed by the officer (no photocopies no fax physical originals)

    2 the signing judge must sign in blue or black ink with his own hand ON EACH COPY

    3 each warrant should be limited to 15 documents

    don't forget that your setup may miss somebody that received a file originally on a thumbdrive

    this is at the cell level basically this is wedged between the battery and the anode.
