    You just have to either run over the areas with heavy enough armour or drop enough explosives to gravel your pathways.

    its not hard to do unless you have problems with getting "messy"

    i would put one and only one "cutout" on that

    If and only if there is a Massive amount of evidence otherwise (a group of Forensic Tech or a group of Neutral Priests is Giving Witness other video ect) then the police are "off the hook"

    i would further have Criminal Charges filed (with any special circs in play) when police are found guilty of misconduct.

    NO MORE THUGS WITH BADGES

    oh and 15% of all trucks/SUVs same rules

    this will prevent OEMs from doing the "we made an electric car and nobody bought it" trick

    the fine should be 125% of the gross difference (so if they only hit 20% then the fine is 125% of 10% of their gross)

    sloppy way of saying that one of the assets they purchased was the contracts and employment agreements of the existing company.

    in effect they didn't just fire everybody or strip the company of the hard assets leaving the staff with the old company (now gutted).

    this can not be considered legal advise but short of posting signs every few feet (basically so that all approaches will have at least one sign in view) people can walk where they "need" to for whatever reason. This does not mean of course that you could drive an M1A2 tank on said land but...

    when somebody can say to another person that a friend was arrested/jailed for "X while colored" and be mostly telling the truth ( was carrying a naloxone kit and got busted for "drug paraphernalia")
    this is a problem.

    1 you are now dealing with a TENTH of the mass
    2 the gack left is less radioactive than the stuff you started with (and has much shorter half-lives)
    3 in some cases you can run the waste back through to "cook" it even more
