The stability issues have been fixed at AMD for years, once the AMD team took over from ATI who were always hit and miss when it came to driver releases. I've been using AMD exclusively since the HD 4850 (currently on the R9 280) and I honestly cannot remember the last time I had a graphics driver issue, now you are more likely to get a bad Windows patch than a bad GPU driver.
One thing I have to give them credit for is when they EOLed their ancient VLIW card line they made one last driver so that if you wanted to run newer versions of Windows, even Windows 10, then you can. I just wish Nvidia would have done the same as I have a ton of hardware at the shop that I couldn't lock in the Win 10 free upgrade for (just in case the customer might want Win 10 later) because there simply wasn't an nvidia driver that would function. But just to see if it worked I decided to lock in the upgrade with my netbook which has the AMD E-350 chip which has the very first gen APU the HD 6310, a really old chip, and....it worked perfectly fine.
So if you want a good GPU at a cheap price I'd say go for it. I'd get one myself but my R9 280 runs all the games I play at 60 FPS+ with all the bling cranked so I don't see a point ATM in upgrading but when it gets to the point that isn't the case? I'll get another AMD GPU.

But if this is legit what you will have is 3 platforms you can release on with coding your game in X86 versus only 1 console if you port to Nintendo and if that wasn't enough if TFS is to be believed its gonna be underpowered to boot which means they'd basically have to start from scratch and code specifically for this thing.....companies simply aren't gonna do that, not when there are so many PS4, XB1, and PC players that they can sell to.

Well when you can't get the OS to stop calling home despite flipping every switch, disabling multiple programs AND using reg hacks I'd say it really doesn't matter WHAT information they are collecting, the simple fact that I have zero control over what my OS is doing is enough to consider it malware.
Which is that JavaScript is toxic and MUST be replaced. You remove JavaScript from the equation? Suddenly all the nasties just disappear.

Yeah about that....then WTF was it doing in a HOME OS, care to answer me that? Last I checked Windows Insiders are NOT testing Enterprise Products, all the Insiders get is the Home/Pro version. I'm sorry but this past year with all the underhanded shit we have seen with Win 10 has proven to just about everybody that they simply cannot be trusted anymore, hell they have made Windows Update into a risk because "no means no" is something nobody has taught to MSFT. The sad part is I NEVER thought I'd see the day where I would actually miss Steve Ballmer but Nutella and all his underhanded crap pushing Windows 10 makes me actually miss the big sweaty monkey.
BTW for those that want to lock in the "free upgrade" in case the hackers figure out a way to kill all the spying? Here is a tutorial on how to lock in the upgrade without actually installing win 10 which is a hell of a lot quicker than having to install then roll back to a decent version.

Sadly we don't get Tastykake here, at least I've never seen it . All the store carry IIRC "Johnsons" which is just SLIGHTLY better than Hostess but not by much, still mostly HFCS and fake flavoring. That is why I've given up on Hostess for Lil Debbie, their new Zebra Rolls are nothing but shit that is bad for you but...damn they taste good and are just the perfect size to pop one in between dogfights, give me some Zebra rolls and a couple bottles of Gatorade and I'm ready for some serious jet grinding in War Thunder, sooo perfect a combo.

What is sad is the fruit pies are complete garbage now, in fact the cheap generic fruit pies actually have more fruit in them than a Hostess does. It used to be a Hostess fruit pie was the best you could get, you couldn't take a bite without just piles of fruit, now you are lucky if there is 3 pieces of fruit in the whole nasty thing, its just gross HFCS with artificial flavoring.
BTW before anybody brings up the fact that Wonder Bread is still good? A different company bought the Wonder Bread brand and they still make a quality product. I've tried all the "new Hostess" products and frankly the generic knock offs taste better, Hostess snacks now taste like overpriced cardboard and is one of those companies like Atari that lives solely to mine whatever nostalgia they can because their new products simply cannot compete with their old ones.

Ugh, don't even suggest that notion as I'll be having to switch over a ton of customers that currently use Avast. I personally prefer Comodo IS (just remember to uncheck their "geekbuddy" tech support horsecrap) because it has both app and browser sandboxing by default but for those users that don't want to ever have to touch or change anything? Avast is just perfect for them.
Of course this won't be the first time a security company has been bought out and turned to shit, I'm old enough to remember when Peter Norton ran his own company and Norton AV was a top notch product that was fast and low resource....yeah, hasn't been that in many a long year. Maybe they are just buying them for the userbase and Tuneup Utilities, which BTW is actually quite nice.
