#1 is remarkable. #2 is pretty clearly not a simple picture, it would have to at least be filtered/digitally edited. Both are good though, and I could see being confused with those hehe.
That would imply at least over 50% are totally cool with putting innocent people in jail. Do you know this for a fact, or are you just saying this because of highly publicized police corruption stories?
And yes, they exist and yes, some policemen are corrupt, liars, and brutal. But saying that most of them are seems remarkably speculative and extremely inflammatory.
Well, remember that religious people are incapable of logical reasoning.
As a "religious person," I feel entirely convinced you have logically come to this conclusion.
My bad, religious people are unable to accept reality as well.
As well as this. Well, this one makes sense, as long as you define reality as what you believe to be true; thus, anyone who thinks differently is denying reality.
Quality, well-made coffee is a completely different story. The current method of making decaf though completely alters and ruins the coffee taste. I'd kill for a decaf that actually tastes like, you know, coffee.
This:) I like coffee. "Folgers" doesn't count, though... it tastes terrible.
... Google does seem to have a hard time getting some of their useful projects to be used.
However, that's not to say it's wasted. I'm just saying that some of their projects could have been nice if they'd introduced it earlier, better, differently, or something (for example... Google+. I actually like it. Some nifty things, like the video chat. But... too little, too late.:(
This is exactly my reasoning. I do have a wifi only tablet (viewsonic gtablet) that I can use almost anywhere, just need to find a McDonald's, Peet's, Starbucks, etc. Other then that (for travel... could also use a laptop but tablet is nice for just checking e-mail:) )... I'm rarely away from home for such a length of time that I really NEED TO CHECK MY E-MAIL on the road.
I'd probably use it occasionally, sure. I'd probably find the GPS stuff useful. But it's hard to justify an extra $200-$500 a year for that.:)

I'm confused... 10% = most?
I have seen a few people post the Oatmeal's comic as a representation of the truth finally being talked about.
Most police?

... I guess there's an edit war going on. ;)
It's been vandalized... :/
a lot of people see the nature scenes and think they're photographs
I can see thinking they started with photographs, but really? They need to get outside more. :)
They shut down their plans for Que but other than that...
I would reply with a great comment, but I don't think you'd get it. Besides, I was replying to your comment before it was highly rated.*
.
* ok, so that's not true.
most likely would never fly on its own.
Didn't he start on youtube, though?
Did you read the article? It's not just "they have brain damage." It was specifically that they had trauma induced brain damage.
Capital letters are cross platform, though. ;)
because it is effectively this years version of MS-DOS.
Do you mean that as a sort of metaphor, or do you think Windows 7 (and 8, shortly) actually is MS-DOS based?

This is from three days ago on cnet.
Does not appear to be an AF joke.
And everyone clicks "Allow" anyways :)
I hate this notion people have that research is somehow censored
Those ones sure don't get a lot of air time. ;)
According to wikipedia, Compton's was the first multimedia CD-ROM encyclopedia. I think we had a copy of it, too.

IMO, flavored (as in when the bean is somehow flavored, not a syrup) coffees taste worse. :P
Some people like the taste of coffee, cream, and sugar, but can't have caffeine. Like my wife.

Hooray, now I can vote in person AND online. ;)
