Latency has nothing to do with it. People have been gaming online for decades.
Bandwidth is the real issue. Assuming I'm doing my math right one second of 1080p 32 bit color video at 24 frames a second is just under 190 megabytes of data to move every second. 4K video is 759 megabytes of data to move every second. 24 frames is generally considered a shit frame frame for PC gaming. Games are routinely called out on consoles when they are locked to 30 frames.
Granted that assumes zero compression which is a no magic bullet since lack of buffer means compression directly translates to latency or reduced frame rate.
Except that Steam has none of the functionality listed in the article.
Sure it has streaming from one local PC to another but that's in a controlled high bandwidth, > DVI, and effectively no latency environment. But that's not what Google's aim is.
Short answer: pay cash, use public transit/ a car without gps, don't bring a laptop.
Honest answer:
If someone who can pull your credit card history and data from your vehicle is targeting you there's nothing that can be done to stop it except to walk out on literally everything and start a new life with a new identity.
None of the alternatives to cable carry my local stations. A digital antenna, a TiVo, and Playstation VUE is less per month than cable and we get everything we watched on cable except for Comedy Central. $15 a month is well worth me not having to get a list of everything everyone wants to watch and then downloading it.
Over 5 years a homedbrew DVR PC would be cheaper but I don't want to deal with maintaining another set of hardware and training family members on yet another interface. The TiVo works exactly like and sits extactly where the settop box was.
you'll only be able to run 2 corridor of landing and 2 corridor for lift-off at all time
2 not 4. You both take off and land into the wind. So you'd only have 2 "runways" at any given time, one on either side of the circle. Say the wind was blowing perfectly north to south you'd have 2 "runways" facing due north. Once you start deviating from this you are creating crosswind landings which is against the core design principle.
The quoted number of 3 simultaneous operations only exist in a zero wind situation. If there's any wind one will be fine. At least two will have cross winds. The only way to avoid the third "runway" having a tailwind would be to have all three with a crosswind. Which as mentioned is against the core design principle.
The drink container idea may not work that well. The explosive would be limited in size, contain zero to almost zero shrapnel, and be surrounded by dampening water.
The other ideas are exactly what happened in Belgium.
Except that keeping people out isn't the point of "No Trespassing" signs. A legal requirement of trespassing is that you have to be told that you are not allowed there. Thus if there are no signs then you cannot be prosecuted unless an authorized agent finds you in the act and requests your departure.
Verizon is most likely telling the truth in a highly deceptive way. Technically there is no throttling. There are not fucking with any packet that comes through that connection. They are not actively doing anything to inhibit the flow from Netflix.
They've simply chosen to architect a bottle neck which only impacts one provider. The end result is the same but they can truthfully say they're not throttling.
We tried something similar.
We ended up dropping it because we couldn't justify the cost. Each ipad costs around 20,000 printed pages for the hardware alone. That's before labor and ancillary software licensing.
The writer needs to do better research.
Physical DVD rentals happen because of the First Sale Doctrine. The studios don't allow physical DVD rentals. They're powerless to stop them. Once they've sold a copy of the DVD they lose all control over what is done with it.
Stipulates that the plane crashed into the ocean at night in such a manner than people could evacuate.
Water is worse for landing than land. It moves and doesn't compress.
The cause of the crash is fuel starvation of the engines.
What killed the crew I think we will never know for sure since the black box only records a 2 hour loop. If they recover it it's going to show 2 hours of autopilot flight in a mostly straight line until the fuel ran out and the engines shut down.

Does the power grid have enough surplus capacity to handle all cars being switched over?
Judicial says no. Legislative says fine we make one that does. That's how the system is set up.

The designer clearly has no aviation experience.

Fatal flaw.
Wisconsin has a very strong Caste Doctrine law. If someone forces entry to your home you can kill them.

How do you know if the switch turns off the light but not the mic?

Since it was a group of houses 91.119b is more applicable so it would be 1000 ft.
Please read up on the facts of the case before commenting. He used #8 bird shot. Very safe to shoot in the air.
Covering your VIN is illegal in some jurisdictions. In some it's printed on required registration stickers more easily visible on your dash.
If you admit your ignorance how can you reject the claim?

If they fish for details simply ask if they provide service in random foreign country.
