    Historically it wasn't part of Russia until the last time they aggressively took it over. It was also made part of Ukraine (by the Soviets) before most people in Crimea were born because "the commonality of the economy, the proximity, and close economic and cultural relations between the Crimean region and the Ukrainian SSR".

    Drywall often has burn times of an hour or more which should delay spread (much better than say tiling your basement. I think the bigger issue than timber framing is actually insulation, both fibrelass and spray foam burn very fast.

    Beyond the fact that the stock market is complete bullshit. The stock price is also a reflection of future predicted performance not only recent performance, if investors are bullish about the future of a company then the price to earnings ratio will be higher.

    The failure of windows phone had nothing to do with 'developer engagement'. Simply put they were far too late to market to compete with the already established iphone & Android.

    They might have had a shot if they had realized it and focused from day one on the business market (which they were already a player in), but instead attempted to compete with Google and Apple who had more cachet with consumers.

    They wouldn't need to be sent in minutes, these attacks are lasting hours and even days. Even once the attack is over those devices are still compromised.

    That is part of it, but the software effectively needs to be perfect as once the data is loaded it is used in the system this is why fuzz testing covers valid input too.

    It doesn't really tell the whole story, the overall collection iirc is ~50% of the US. There are also relatively few popular shows on Netflix. Unfortunately Netflix started blocking out of country users earlier this year.
