    Wrong. ASLR is for legitimate applications (and OS code) which might have unsafe input (e.g. images, webpages, etc.)

    Its not actually about running malware. ASLR protects the user against bugs in applications by making it more difficult for attackers to trigger the execution of arbitrary code.

    The issue is that the IP address is trackable.

    I believe that was part of the regulation, and in general it makes sense for routing reasons.

    You have a very narrow definition of phishing, it commonly includes sending people files pretending to be a trusted source.

    Last time I checked there are only a handful of credit card companies in the USA and merchants are not allowed to refuse cards with high merchant fees.

    If the card has contactless then the fraudster only needs a powerful signal and a good antenna. Given phones die or break you aren't going to leave home without the card.

    Apple isn't letting the basis use the phones NFC, the banks aren't letting apple use the payment system NFC. Seems fair to me.

    I'm surprised that people even like Daredevil or Jessica Jones, both were pretty terrible I couldn't even get through the first episodes.

    Seems like speculation not fact that the reason people are subscribing for original content, I don't actually know anyone who uses Netflix for original content. Myself included, for me there really have not been any series that have been worth watching.
