Sure, US. What about the rest of the world? The fact that is released under a reasonable amount of time in your country doesn't mean it's going to be even released in another.
On the other hand... 29 dollars for three episodes? There are people who just can't earn that much money in a month with a regular job. Remember, US salaries > Most of the world salaries.
