Unless it's a priority 1 issue, let the user sweat it out. Remember, hold is your friend - lets 'em know who's in charge. Or more seriously, take everything with a grain of salt and solve it at your own pace, if you let the user dictate your panic level, well, you're good as lost.
Of the thousands of people I've supported so many of them called the computer a hard drive, I politely correct them once and if they persist, I don't correct them again. They've decided the piece of technology is in fact a hard drive and why waste my breath explaining what every piece is, if they're not interested. Sometimes I get an old guy asking questions about everything who is genuinely curious and has an attitude to learn so I explain as much as I can in laymans terms.
Not everyone cares how things are made and essentially these same people pay my bills so I don't blame them.
"Rescuecom alleges, however, that a user might easily be misled to believe that the advertisements which appear on the screen are in fact part of the relevance-based search result and that the appearance of a competitor's ad and link in response to a searcher's search for Rescuecom is likely to cause trademark confusion as to affiliation, origin, sponsorship, or approval of service."
When I did a search for 'Rescuecom' my adsense suggestion was 'iyogi.ca' with the caption 'Get computer service better than rescuecom'.
However, Google is providing data on a subset of keywords based on your inquiry - Just like meta-tags in webpages. Anyone can choose their meta's and adopt their page to be listed higher in the ranks. Adsense is just the paid ('Sponsored links') portion of the page.
There is no bias.
And Rescuecom apparently has a low perception of its clientbase.
Stop signs in quebec say 'Arret' instead of 'Stop' which is displayed in France.
I am french descendant but hate the self-imposed decision to ignore the worlds decisions.
Most Quebecors don't realize they are an abandoned colony. THIS IS WHY THE ENGLISH WON AGAINST QUEBEC.

And apparently driving school is optional....
You mean like the jackasses who insist the universe is 6000 years old?
Maybe they have a different concept of year? Just like 40 days and 40 nights is not a literal 40 days - it just means a very long time.
The gas giants are there to act as a magnet for comets/asteroids etc, so they don't end up near us.
I don't remember that part of Genesis...
Which part do you remember?

Joking and such aside... would this stand? Legally?
Who the hell did they call for this survey? Did they use extension numbers?

The only reason copyright exists is to allow a 3rd party to benefit from the works of an artist.
The artist seeks a 3rd party to exihibit his works for publicity, but this should not be withstanding ad infinitum.
Perhaps artists need to include a clause in their contracts opening up their works (for derivitives, etc) within a
reasonable timeframe.
Copyright is about control. Control of the artists, control of the audience.
...and let geneticists sort us out.
Indeed, a horror IT story from hell. My hat is off to you. Respect.

Not defending Scientology, but does Wikipedia not champion free speech?
Free speech is neither good nor evil, it simply is in its simplest form an opinion that someone voices.
Whether that opinion is cast in a positive or negative light is up to the listener.
Perhaps Wikipedia can find a way to create a balance - (Postive/Negative/Neutral Articles? Karma System?) for controversial topics.
Facts that are Facts can come from both outside and within an organization.

This is what killed them off, their tastiness.

"What? No eggy-wegs?"
My first thought was of Blaine the Mono... but good call.
You sir, are a genius.
"Copy?" "Right!"
How can I copyright freedom?
This makes me happy. Very happy.
Dude. The shit-hawk is gonna get ya.
you have to pay for the driver signing....whether it works or not is a different matter. It's all about the dollars. $$$
The map is accurate for the most part, it's just a block off.
Nuke free... or else.
Does this mean that Google reserves the right to filter my web browsing experience in Chrome (without my consent to boot)?
Well, agreeing to the eula means you consent, no?
Eulas are not worth the ink they're printed with.

'Arret' means stop. Thank you. ~Whoosh~
