Reading about these types of incidents makes me really upset. This is the reason I haven't been in an airport for many years. This whole security BS has already passed the point of idiocy.
Oh yeah, that one was easy (seriously.) Patching the game and other mods (like the higher resolution models.) I got to the end of the game (where I was last time when I played it years ago) and still haven't beaten it. Again.
It seems if you have your home raided you should expect most of your electronic equipment to disappear. Stupid, but I guess they're just targeting anything that can potentially store information.
Tobias says he refuses to publish details of 'defeating' the locks because they are used in places ranging from homes, banks and jewelers to the White House and the Pentagon. He asked AFP not to disclose how it is done.
I remember reading about how most locks can be easily defeated using a technique called bumping. This site also has PDFs and videos describing how it's done. Also searching Google for "bumping" gives you a lot of information on the subject, so unless this is something radically new, I don't understand what they're trying to hide.
You might as well enter your social security number to determine your legal sex because looking at a person's face doesn't give you much information beyond what you think their sex is (meaning it's completely subjective.) Also, I doubt a computer could be made to guess this type of trait seeing how far behind AI is.
Sometimes you'll see poorly written drivers if the people designing the hardware also write the software. I would hope that this is not the case for a company like ATI.
I'd never trust a driver from Windows Update. The last time I tried that it completely broke the functionality of some hardware I was using (forget which) until I reinstalled the drivers from the manufacturer.
The interface is more intuitive than Blender. Maybe that interface needs to be fixed instead. (Of course I've only used it for 15 minutes and tried one of the "how to use Blender's unique interface" tutorials before giving up.)
Especially with version 2 GIMP has become a lot more usable. I use it sometimes and have found that it takes a little while to get used to (like all environments) but overall there's nothing complicated about it. (The file dialog needs to be fixed though.) Also, Ingimp might be more successful if they release Windows binaries. It seems very Linux centric at the moment.

Are you one of those "something from nothing" perpetual motion alchemists?
The quality of Deezer is much better than free.napster.com. Not sure about the skipping; it has worked perfectly fine for me.
With digital cameras that keep track of time, it's useful to have a "creation time" for files so you know when pictures were taken.
The compiler usually puts "No operation" (nop) instructions in for alignment or something

Good old AOL search parody. "how to tell if my neighbors are raptors." Classic.
That's weird because my university uses Google for searching their site and it actually works quite well.
It's electronically transfered to my checking account though. I'm confused why there's such anger over using the word "check" in this way.
I would think most people are already aware of this, but it's really just a question of what will accelerate the process.
I think they're just afraid of being "poor"

Huh? What's this? For Linux users who wish they were running Windows?

I've had a lot of motherboards with VIA chipsets and they have all worked wonderfully. Linux support for them is also pretty good.
It would have been easier if they used an actual photocopier instead of having to frame each shot with a camera
Except the software was installed even if you didn't agree
The system grinds to a halt, of course.

oops. They have a Win32 version thankfully. Hiding at the top of the downloads page.

Microsoft already paid a large amount of money for exclusive GTA IV content
